بررسی تجربی و یکپارچه سازی تحلیل المان محدود و روش پاسخ سطح برای بهینه سازی چندمتغیره پارامترهای هندسی در هیدروفرمینگ لوله های دولایه مس- آلومینیوم
فرآیند هیدروفرمینگ، یک روش پیشرفته برای شکل دهی قطعات لوله ای به شکل موردنظر قالب، با اعمال فشار بالا و تغذیه محوری می باشد. لوله های دو لایه متشکل از دو لوله فلزی مختلف (مانند آلومینیوم و مس) می باشند که برای استفاده در محیط های ترکیبی که لوله های تک لایه عملکرد مناسبی ندارند، توصیه می شوند. استفاده از این لوله ها در انتقال سیالات خورنده با دمای بالا، هوافضا و صنایع هوایی، تولید نفت و نیروگاه های اتمی پیشنهاد می گردد. در این مقاله، کاهش ضخامت و ارتفاع چروکیدگی لوله های دولایه از نظر پارامترهای هندسی ( طول، قطر و ضخامت لوله های داخلی و خارجی، طول و ارتفاع بالج، طول پخ ) با استفاده از روش المان محدود و طراحی آزمایشات به روش پاسخ سطح مدل سازی شده است. همچنین مدل المان محدود ساخته شده با نتایج تجربی صحه گذاری گردیده است. اثر پارامترهای هندسی و برهمکنش آن ها بر پاسخ ها، تعیین شده و مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. پارامترهای هندسی بهینه با در نظر گرفتن حداقل کاهش ضخامت و ارتفاع چروکیدگی، با استفاده از بهینه سازی چند متغیره به دست آمده است. نتایج بهینه سازی دارای تطابق خیلی خوبی با آزمایشات تجربی می باشد.

بررسی تجربی اثر نانوسیلیکا و نانوگرافن اصلاح شده بر کامپوزیت اپوکسی-الیاف بازالت تحت ضربه سرعت بالا
مواد مرکب به عنوان جایگزینی سبک و بهینه شده برای مواد متداول تر نظیر فلزات، نیاز به بکارگیری روش های گوناگون جهت تقویت استحکام را دارند. افزودن نانو مواد، به عنوان روشی نوین جهت ارتقای استحکام مواد مرکب استفاده می شود. از طرفی اهمیت پدیده ضربه و کاربردهای فراوان آن در صنایع گوناگون بر کسی پوشیده نیست. از این رو در این پژوهش، کامپوزیت چند مقیاسی زمینه اپوکسی تقویت شده با الیاف بازالت حاوی مجموعاً 1% وزنی زمینه از نانو ذرات سیلیکا و نانو صفحات گرافن اصلاح سطحی شده، تحت آزمون ضربه سرعت بالا قرار گرفت. ابتدا 5 سری نمونه حاوی 6 لایه از الیاف بازالت به روش لایه چینی دستی ساخته شده و دو نوع پرتابه از جنس آلومینیوم با دماغه سر تیز و سر کروی به ترتیب با جرم های 26.7 و 26.3 گرم با سرعت 116 m/s به نمونه ها برخورد داده شد. به منظور بررسی عملیات اصلاح سطحی، طیف سنجی مادون قرمز تبدیل فوریه (FT-IR) انجام پذیرفت و به کمک میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) نیز اثر افزودن نانو مواد بر اتصال بین زمینه و الیاف در مقیاس میکروسکوپیک بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد، نمونه حاوی 0.7% نانوسیلیکا و 0.3% نانوگرافن بهترین عملکرد را در جذب انرژی حاصل از ضربه سرعت بالا با افزایش جذب 7.3% برای پرتابه سر تیز و 20.4% برای پرتابه سر کروی نسبت به نمونه بدون نانو مواد از خود نشان می دهد.

بررسی خواص مکانیکی سازههای ساندویچی چند منظوره با هسته z-پین با استفاده از شبیهسازی عددی دستگاه آزمایش میله فشاری هاپکینسون
استفاده از z-پینها علیرغم وزن کم و اندازهی کوچک، به منظور کاهش معایب کامپوزیتها و سازههای ساندویچی، افزایش مقاومت و استحکام آنها و همچنین جلوگیری از رشد ترک، گسترش فراوانی پیدا کرده است. در این مقاله با استفاده از روش المانمحدود، رفتار سازههای ساندویچی چند منظوره با هسته z-پین در نرخ کرنشهای متوسط (بین 164 تا 327 بر ثانیه)، تحت آزمایش میله فشاری هاپکینسون مورد بررسی قرار گرفته شدهاست. اثرات نرخ کرنش و رفتار مکانیکی سازه ساندویچی چند منظوره تحت بارگذاری دینامیکی بررسی و با نتایج تجربی موجود مقایسه شده است که توافق خوبی بین نتایج وجود دارد. همچنین به بررسی پارامترهای موثر در جهت افزایش مقاومت مکانیکی سازههای ساندویچی با هستههای z-پین، مانند پرداخته شده است. این پارامترها شامل زاویه قرار گیری z-پینها نسبت به افق، جنس ماده تشکیلدهنده و بررسی تغییر قطر z-پینها میباشد. به طور خلاصه نتایج نشان میدهد که این سه پارامتر تاثیر بسزایی در افزایش تنش جریان و افزایش مقاومت نهایی سازه خواهند داشت. در انتها به مقایسه خواص مکانیکی سازه ساندویچی با هسته z-پین و هسته لانهزنبوری شبیه سازی شده پرداخته شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که تحت شرایط وزنی و حجمی یکسان هسته، میزان مقاومت فشاری نهایی هسته ساخته شده از z-پین از هسته لانه زنبوری کمتر ولی انعطاف پذیری آن بیشتر میباشد.

تحلیل ارتعاشات پوسته مخروطی ساندویچی با هسته هدفمند متخلخل در بارگذاری حرارتی مختلف
به دلیل کاربرد گسترده پوستههای مخروطی ساندویچی در صنایع پیشرفته، بررسی رفتار مکانیکی این سازهها امری ضروری است. در این تحقیق، برای اولین بار، با در نظر گرفتن انعطافپذیری هسته در تئوری مرتبه بالای پوستههای ساندویچی، رفتار ارتعاشی پوسته مخروطی ناقص ساندویچی که شامل هسته هدفمند متخلخل و رویههای همگن است، در توزیع دماهای مختلف بررسی شده است. خواص مواد رویه ها و هسته وابسته به دما در نظر گرفته شده و تغییرات خواص مواد هدفمند به کمک قانون توانی که با در نظر گرفتن دو مدل توزیع تخلخل اصلاح شده، نشان داده میشود. با استفاده از اصل همیلتون و در نظر گرفتن تنشهای درون صفحهای در هسته و رویهها و کرنش غیرخطی ون کارمن هم برای تنش مکانیکی و هم تنش حرارتی، معادلات حرکت سازه بدست آمدهاند. برای حل معادلات در شرایط تکیهگاهی ساده از روش گلرکین استفاده شده است. برای بررسی اثر تغییر دما در سازه، توزیع دما به صورت یکنواخت، خطی و غیرخطی در نظر گرفته شده است. نتایج تحلیل حاضر به منظور صحت سنجی، در حالات خاص با مقالات دیگر و همچنین با نتایج بدست آمده از نرم افزار آباکوس مقایسه شده و همچنین تغییرات فرکانس ویژه بیبعد نسبت به تغییرات هندسی سازه، تغییرات دما، خواص مواد و تخلخل بررسی شده است.

مقایسه ریزساختار، مقاومت سایشی و خوردگی کامپوزیتهای سطحی AZ31B/SiO2، AZ31B/graphite و AZ31B/SiO2/graphite تولید شده به روش اصطکاکی اغتشاشی
هدف از این پژوهش مقایسۀ ریزساختار، ریزسختی، مقاومت به سایش، و مقاومت به خوردگی سه کامپوزیت سطحی حاوی نانوذرات سیلیکا، نانوذرات گرافیت و مخلوط نانوذرات سیلیکا و گرافیت تولیدشده به روش اصطکاکی اغتشاشی بر سطح آلیاژ منیزیم AZ31B بود. نتایج، پس از چهار پاس انجام فرایند اصطکاکی اغتشاشی، نشان داد متوسط اندازه دانه برای کامپوزیت حاوی سیلیکا، گرافیت، و مخلوط سیلیکا و گرافیت در ناحیه همزده به ترتیب 82%، 70% و 80% نسبت به آلیاژ منیزیم اولیه کاهش یافت. بهعلاوه، ریزسختی به ترتیب 33%، 18.8% و 20.6% نسبت به آلیاژ منیزیم اولیه افزایش یافت. اگرچه گرافیت، به عنوان یک جامد روانکار و نرم، باعث کاهش سختی شد، نتایج آزمون سایش نشان داد نرخ سایش برای نمونههای حاوی گرافیت و مخلوط گرافیت و سیلیکا تقریباً مشابه نمونه حاوی سیلیکاست. بررسی تصاویر TEM نشان داد اندازه دانههای فرعی برای نمونه حاوی مخلوط نانوذرات سیلیکا و گرافیت نسبت به نمونه حاوی نانوذرات سیلیکا بیش از 18% کوچکتر است. بر طبق نتایج آزمون خوردگی، جریان خوردگی نمونه حاوی نانوذرات سیلیکا نسبت به آلیاژ اولیه بیش از 89% کاهش یافت و نمونه حاوی مخلوط نانوذرات سیلیکا و گرافیت نجیبترین پتانسیل خوردگی را داشت.

تهیه و بهینهسازی فرمولاسیون نانوکامپوزیت کیتوزان/مونت موریلونیت حاوی دی-فرولوئیلمتان (کارکامین)
در این پژوهش با هدف بهبود بازده بارگذاری واندازه ذرات، نانوکامپوزیت کیتوزانمونتموریلونیت (Chitosan-MMT)، به وسیله روش ژلسازی یونی جهت کنترل رهایش کارکامین (دیفرولوئیلمتان) تهیه گردید وتوسط روش سطح پاسخ بهینهسازی شد. متغیرهای متفاوت (غلظت پلیساکارید، درصد مونتموریلونیت، غلظت سورفکتانت (فعال کننده سطح)، مقدار دارو و مدت زمان ارتعاش اولتراسونیک جهت تعیین فرمولاسیون بهینه بررسی شد. دو متغیر غلظت پلیساکارید و حجم توئین که بر بازده بارگذاری و اندازه ذرات کارایی قویتری داشتند، برای بهدست آوردن فرمول مطلوب انتخاب شدند. غلظت پلیساکارید، غلظت فعال کننده سطح و زمان ارتعاش اولتراسونیک بیشترین تاثیر را بر اندازه ذرات داشت. افزودن مونت موریلونیت به طور قابل ملاحظهای باعث افزایش بازده بارگذاری کارکامین شد. درصد مطلوب برای مونت-موریلونیت30% بود. همچنین، افزایش مقدار کارکامین تا مقدار بهینه (میلیگرم/ میلیلیتر) منجر به افزایش بازده بارگذاری شد. شاخصههای فیزیکوشیمیایی فرمولاسیون بهینه نانوسامانه از منظر بازده درونگیری، پروفایل رهایش دارو، اندازه، پتانسیل زتا، مورفولوژی سطح و طیف FTIR تعیین گردید. فرمولاسیون A2 با اندازه ذرات 23.8-31.6 nm بازده بارگذاری 93.71% و پتانسیل زتاmV 0.18 ± -38.73 به عنوان فرمول بهینه انتخاب شد. بررسیهای SEM و FTIR نشان از مورفولوژی کروی و عدم وجود برهمکنش شیمیایی میان نانوسامانه و دارو بوده است.

اثر جهتگیری عامل خودترمیم آوندی بر بازدهی ترمیم در کامپوزیت اپوکسی-الیاف شیشه
در این پژوهش به مطالعه تجربی اثر جهتگیری عامل خودترمیم آوندی بر استحکام کششی و بازدهی ترمیم در کامپوزیت اپوکسی-الیاف شیشه پرداخته شده است. ابتدا الیاف شیشه توخالی (با قطر خارجی 450±10 میکرومتر و کسر تهینگی 50%-55%) با استفاده از یک دستگاه اکسترودر تولید شد. سپس، الیاف شیشه توخالی با اجزای خود ترمیم پر شد و به عنوان خودترمیم آوندی در چند لایه کامپوزیتی استفاده شد. جهتگیری آوندهای خودترمیم در سه سطح 0، 45 و 90 درجه نسبت به راستای الیاف شیشه تقویتکننده، و فاصله آوندها از یکدیگر 200 میکرومتر در نظر گرفته شد. نمونههای شاهد، آسیب دیده و ترمیم شده تحت آزمون کشش قرار گرفتند و بازدهی ترمیم مطالعه شد. نتایج آزمون کشش نشان داد که وجود آوندهای خالی در زوایای 0، 45 و 90 درجه در ساختار کامپوزیت سبب به ترتیب 17%، 14% و 21% کاهش در استحکام کششی می شود. آسیب در نمونههای کشش با کرنش 1.2% ایجاد شد و سپس فرایند خودترمیم در دمای ℃ 70 و مدت زمان 48 ساعت انجام شد. در مرحله بعد، بازدهی ترمیم با استفاده از آزمون کشش اندازهگیری شد. نتایج آزمون های کشش و بازدهی ترمیم نشان داد که بهترین جهتگیری برای چینش آوندهای حاوی عامل خودترمیم، زاویه 45 درجه نسبت به راستای الیاف شیشه تقویتکننده میباشد، بطوریکه در این حالت بازدهی ترمیم 42% است. شکل شناسی آوندهای شکسته شده و محل های ترمیم شده توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مطالعه شد.

بررسی آزمایشگاهی رشد تورق در مود I کامپوزیت الیاف شیشه تکجهته/وینیلاستر تحت پیرشدگی اسیدی
در این تحقیق به بررسی چقرمگی شکست مود I در کامپوزیتهای ساخته شده از الیاف شیشه نوع E با بافت تک جهته و رزین وینیلاستر در معرض اسید سولفوریک پرداخته شده است. نمونههای مورد استفاده به روش لایهچینی دستی با چیدمان لایههای [0]_18 ساخته شدند. به منظور اعمال شرایط محیطی نمونههای ساخته شده در ابعاد بیانشده در استاندارد، در بازههای زمانی 0، 1، 2، 5 و 10 هفته در محلول 20% وزنی تهیه شده از اسید سولفوریک 98% با دمای آزمایشگاه غوطهور شدند. سپس آزمون شکست با استفاده از تیر یکسر گیردار دو لبه بر روی نمونهها به منظور بررسی روند تغییرات چقرمگی شکست بین لایهای شروع و پایا در بازههای زمانی مختلف صورت گرفته است. نتایج آزمایشگاهی نشاندهنده کاهش چقرمگی شکست پایا در نمونهها با اعمال شرایط محیطی بودند، درحالی که روند تغییر چقرمگی شکست شروع رشد ترک در 5 هفته اول بهصورت افزایشی بوده و پس از آن در هفته دهم با کاهش قابل توجهی همراه بوده است. علاوهبر این، در این پژوهش مشاهده شد که مقدار نیروی شروع رشد ترک با قرارگیری نمونه در معرض شرایط محیطی کاهش پیدا کرده است.

روش چندمقیاسی مکعبی به منظور مدلسازی نانوکامپوزیت حاوی نانوذرات گرافن
در این مقاله روش چند مقیاسی جدیدی به منظور محاسبه سفتی نانوکامپوزیت حاوی نانو ذرات گرافن ارائه میشود. در این روش نانوکامپوزیت حاوی نانوذرات با توزیع تصادفی در مقیاس ماکرو، توسط حجم معرف مکعبی شکلی مدل میشود که خود متشکل از تعداد زیادی مکعب کوچکتر در مقیاس میکرو است. هر مکعب کوچک حاوی نانوذرات همسویی است که جهت گیری آنها به صورت سه بعدی و توسط الگوریتمی تصادفی تعیین شده است. تانسور سفتی هریک از مکعبهای کوچک توسط روش موری-تاناکا به دست آمده و نهایتاً با استفاده از روشی تحلیلی مدول الاستیک حجم معرف اصلی محاسبه میشود. این روش که در واقع توسعه روش کامپوزیت لایه ای معادل به حالت سه بعدی محسوب میشود، نسبت به سایر روشهای تحلیلی تطابق بهتری با فیزیک مسئله داشته و نسبت به روشهای عددی از سرعت محاسباتی بیشتری بر خوردار است. مقایسه نتایج حاصل از این روش با تعدادی از نتایج تجربی موجود در مقالات، حکایت از دقت قابل قبول آن در محاسبه مدول الاستیک نانوکامپوزیت دارد.

مطالعه خواص مکانیکی، حرارتی و آنتی باکتریال فیلم پلیمری پلی لاکتیک اسید/کیتوسان/نانوذرات اکسید تیتانیوم
هدف از این تحقیق، بهبود خواص مکانیکی، حرارتی و آنتی باکتریال فیلم پلیمری پلی لاکتیک اسید/کیتوسان با اضافه کردن نانوذرات اکسید تیتانیوم میباشد. فیلم های پلیمری به روش محلول تهیه شدند. نانو ذرات اکسید تیتانیوم به مقدار 1، 3 و 5 درصد وزنی (wt.%) به زمینه پلیمری اضافه شد. آزمون کشش به منظور تعیین استحکام کششی، مدول الاستیک، و انعطاف پذیری، آزمون حرارتی DSC به منظور بررسی رفتار حرارتی نمونهها و آزمون آنتی باکتریال به منظور بررسی رفتار آنتی باکتریال نمونهها انجام شد. به منظور بررسی مورفولوژی نمونهها و توزیع نانوذرات اکسید تیتانیوم در زمینه پلیمری تصویربرداری میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) انجام گرفت. نتایج SEM نشان داد که ذرات اکسید تیتانیوم به خوبی در زمینه پراکنده شدهاند. نتایج آزمون کشش نشان داد اضافه کردن نانوذرات اکسید تیتانیوم به مقدار 3 wt.% باعث بهبود قابل توجهی در استحکام کششی و مدول الاستیک میشود. نتایج آزمون DSC نشان داد که اضافه کردن نانوذرات اکسید تیتانیوم باعث افزایش دمای تبلور و درصد بلورینگی فیلم پلیمری میشود. نانو ذرات اکسید تیتانیوم باعث افزایش خواص آنتی باکتریال فیلم پلیمری پلی لاکتیک اسید/کیتوسان شد.

این مقاله، به بررسی تجربی ضربۀ سرعت بالا بر روی چندلایههای فلز/ الیاف بازالت با لحاظ نانورس میپردازد. چندلایۀ فلز/ الیاف بازالت ساخته شده از دو رویۀ آلومنیومی 2024-T3 و هستۀ نانوکامپوزیتی بازالت/ اپوکسی/ نانورس تشکیل شده است. هستۀ نانوکامپوزیتی شامل چهار لایه الیاف بازالت با وزن واحد 300 گرم بر متر مربع، رزین EPR1080، سختکنندۀ EA1080 و نانوذرات رسی Bentonite B0109 با درصدهای وزنی نسبت به ماتریس 0، 1، 3 و 5 است. فرایند ساخت نمونههای آزمایش با روش لایهگذاری دستی انجام گرفت. همچنین برای پخش و توزیع بهتر ذرات نانورس در ماتریس اپوکسی از دستگاه آلتراسونیک استفاده شد. آزمایشهای بالستیک با استفاده از دستگاه تفنگ گازی و یک گلولی ساچمهای فولادی در سرعتهای 205، 220 و 235 متر بر ثانیه انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل از آزمایشهای بالستیکی نشاندهندۀ این است که افزودن ذرات نانورس به ساختار این دسته از FMLها سرعت حد بالستیک و جذب انرژی را به طور قابل ملاحظهای افزایش میدهد. همچنین میزان بهینۀ افزودن این نانوذرات، 3 درصد جرمی نسبت به رزین استفاده شده است؛ به طوریکه افزودن این مقدار از ذرات نانورس، میانگین سرعت حد بالستیک و انرژی جذب شده را به ترتیب 6.85 و 14.1 درصد افزایش داد.

سنتز نانوکامپوزیتهای پلیآنیلین/ فریتکبالتروی و استفاده از آنها در ساخت پوشش ضد رادار
در این پژوهش ابتدا ذرات فریت کبالت- روی ( با فرمول Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4) به روش سل ژل خود احتراقی سنتز شدند. صحت انجام سنتز فوق توسط روش های FT-IR و پراش اشعه ایکس با زاویه پهن (WAXD) تایید شد. در آزمون WAXD ذرات، پیک های مربوط به ساختار بلوری اسپینل دیده شد. ذرات مغناطیسی سنتزی، در تهیه کامپوزیتهای پلی آنیلین / فریت کبالت- روی با نسبت های 1:3، 1:1 و 6:1 به کار گرفته شدند. برای تهیه این کامپوزیت ها، پلیمریزاسیون اکسایشی درجای آنیلین با شروع کننده آمونیوم پرسولفات و در حضور ذرات فریت کبالت- روی صورت گرفت. کامپوزیت های سنتز شده توسط روشهای FT-IR، WAXD و SEM مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند. از پخش کامپوزیت های پلی آنیلین/ فریت کبالت- روی در ماتریس اپوکسی در درصد وزنی 20%، کامپوزیت های نهایی سنتز شدند. آنالیز TEM پخش مناسب ذرات در مقیاس nm 10-100 را نشان داد، لذا کامپوزیت های سنتزی در مقیاس نانوکامپوزیت به حساب می آیند. خاصیت جذب این کامپوزیت-ها در محدوده فرکانس GHz 8-12 که محدوده رادار محسوب می شود، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در بین مواد سنتز شده، کامپوزیت حاوی پلی-آنیلین/فریت کبالت- روی با نسبت 1 به 1 کمترین میزان جذب، برابر با dB -16 را در فرکانس GHz 11.5 نشان میدهد.

پاسخ غیرخطی چندلایهی فلز کامپوزیت تحت بارگذاری حرارتی و دینامیکی
چندلایههای فلز-کامپوزیت سازههای مرکب تشکیلشده از لایههای سبک کامپوزیتی و لایههای فلزی میباشند که دارای مقاومت ضربهای و جذب انرژی بالا همراه با وزن پایین میباشند. در این مطالعه، با استفاده از روابط حاکم بر رفتار غیرخطی ورق چندلایهی فلز-کامپوزیت، به بررسی اثرات مختلف حاکم بر ورق مانند دما و بارگذاری دینامیکی پرداخته شده است. بدین منظور با استفاده از تئوری تغییر شکلهای بزرگ وون کارمن اثرات غیرخطی هندسی در نظر گرفته شده است و معادلات حاکم بر جابجایی ورق با استفاده از اصل کار مجازی استخراج گردیدهاند. شرایط مرزی در تمامی لبههای ورق به صورت تکیهگاه ساده در نظر گرفته شده است. سپس معادلات مشتقات جزئی غیرخطی حرکت با استفاده از روش گالرکین به حالت معادلات مشتقی ساده تبدیل شدهاند که به صورت تحلیلی با استفاده از روش مقیاسهای چندگانه حل شدهاند و یک رابطهی تحلیلی برای فرکانسهای غیرخطی ورق بدست آمده است. نتایج تحلیل تئوری انجام شده با نتایج ارائه شده در مطالعات پیشین مقایسه گردیده و تطابق خوبی مشاهده شده است. با استفاده از مدل تحلیلی اعتبارسنجی شده، اثر تغییرات درجه حرارت، بستر الاستیک و مقادیر حداکثر فشار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که افزایش دامنه بارگذاری، منجر به افزایش تغییر شکل و کاهش نسبت فرکانسی سیستم خواهد شد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که چندلایههای فلز کامپوزیت میتوانند انتخاب مناسبی برای سازههای تحت بارگذاری دینامیکی باشند.

تحلیل ارتعاشات آزاد ورق چند لایه کامپوزیتی متعامد هیبریدی با استفاده از روش حل تربیع تفاضلی تعمیم یافته
با توجه به کاربردهای گسترده صنعتی ورقهای چند لایه مرکب بر روی بستر الاستیک موضعی، بررسی و تحلیل ارتعاشات سازه تحت بار صفحهای از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در این تحقیق برای اولین بار این موضوع مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. همچنین لازم به ذکر است نوآوری پژوهش حاضر، اعمال بستر الاستیک جزیی در تحلیل ارتعاشات آزاد ورق چند لایه کامپوزیتی هیبریدی میباشد که قبلا کمتر به این موضوع پرداخته شده است. مدلسازی رفتار سیستم، با استفاده از مدل ورق نسبتاً ضخیم انجام شده است. در این پژوهش معادلات و شرایط مرزی با استفاده از اصل همیلتون استخراج و روش تحلیلی ناویر و تربیع تفاضلی تعمیمیافته جهت حل معادلات استفاده شده است. ازآنجایی که حل معادلات ورق بر روی بستر الاستیک موضعی از پیچیدگی خاصی برخوردار است، لذا در این پژوهش برای اولین بار مدلسازی بستر الاستیک موضعی بر روی سازه با استفاده از تابع هویساید انجام شده است. سپس فرکانسهای طبیعی با استفاده از روش حل تربیع تفاضلی تعمیمیافته به صورت تحلیلی بهدست آمده است. ضمنا به ازای شرایط مرزی مختلف، شکل مودهای سازه نیز بدست آمده است. اثرات پارامترهای مختلفی مانند نسبت طول به عرض، لایه چینی، تغییر نسبت ضخامت هسته به ضخامت کل، تغییر سفتی و محل بستر الاستیک از سرتاسری به موضعی بر روی رفتار ارتعاشی ورق با بستر الاستیک موضعی مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. مشخص شد که با افزایش نسبت a/b و a/h فرکانس طبیعی سازه کاهش مییابد.

اثر الیاف فولادی بر مکانیزم سایش کامپوزیت لنت ترمز نیمه فلزی
اصطکاک و سایش در اغلب کاربردهای مهندسی امری نامطلوب است، اما در کامپوزیت لنت ترمز، اگر چه سایش امری اجتناب ناپذیر است اصطکاک امری لازم است و دستیابی به یک ضریب اصطکاک مناسب و پایدار دغدغه بسیاری از مهندسین این حوزه میباشد. در این پژوهش با بررسی سطح سایش لنت ترمز نیمه فلزی، مکانیزمهای حاکم بر آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تاثیر الیاف فولاد بر تشکیل صفحات تماسی اولیه و ثانویه به عنوان مناطق بلند به وسیله میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) بررسی گردید. آزمون کنترل کیفی لنت ترمز به منظور آشکار سازی سطوح اصطکاکی و تماسی به وسیله دستگاه اندازه گیری ضریب اصطکاک (Chase Machine) براساس استاندارد SAE J661 انجام گرفت و همچنین مورفولوژی و زبری سطح کامپوزیت اصطکاکی به وسیله رویه نگار اپتیکی سطح بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که وجود الیاف فلزی به عنوان صفحات تماس اولیه مانند یک سد در مقابل ذرات سایشی عمل کرده و در تشکیل صفحات تماسی ثانویه بسیار موثر بوده و همچنین الیاف فلزی نقش مهمی را در تشکیل فیلم اصطکاکی در کنار مواد روانساز و ساینده ایفا میکنند.

بررسی استحکام دما بالای اتصال کامپوزیت Hastelloy X – AISI 304L تولید شده به روش جوشکاری لیزری
در این پژوهش استحکام اتصال کامپوزیت سوپر آلیاژ پایه نیکل Hastelloy X و فولاد زنگ نزن آستنیتی AISI 304L که با استفاده از جوشکاری لیزری تولید شده، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور، دو قطعه ورق ناهمجنس به ضخامت یک میلیمتر، به صورت لب به لب و در فیکسچر ورق قرار گرفته و با استفاده از پرتو لیزر Nd-YAG پالسی مورد جوشکاری قرار گرفتهاند. برای انجام جوشکاری از مقادیر مختلف برای توان جوشکاری، عرض پالس پرتو لیزر و سرعت جوشکاری استفاده شده و مقادیر پارامترهای فرکانس پرتو، دبی گاز محافظ و قطر پرتو بر روی سطح قطعه، ثابت نگه داشته شدهاند. پس از جوشکاری، نمونههای استاندارد آزمایش استحکام از قطعات ورق بریده شده و تحت آزمایشهای کشش در دمای بالا و خزش با بار ثابت قرار گرفتهاند. نتایج آزمایشهای کشش و خزش نشان میدهد که با انتخاب صحیح پارامترهای جوشکاری لیزری میتوان اتصال مناسبی میان آلیاژهای Hastelloy X و AISI 304L به دست آورد، به گونهای که در برخی از نمونهها استحکام اتصال بیش از استحکام آلیاژ پایه ضعیفتر (AISI 304L) بوده و شکست در نواحی دورتر از اتصال اتفاق افتاده است. همچنین ساختار اتصال با استفاده از میکروسکوپهای نوری و الکترونی روبشی بررسی شده است. دادههای حاصل از این میکروسکوپها نشان داده است که با بهینهسازی پارامترهای توان پرتو، سرعت جوشکاری و عرض پالس پرتو، اتصال تقریباً بدون ایراد قابل دستیابی است.
