بررسی تجربی رفتار مکانیکی کامپوزیت پلیمری خودترمیم شونده تحت اثر سیکل های گرمایشی
تشکیل میکروترک ها در کامپوزیت ها یکی از رایج ترین دلایل واماندگی آن ها می باشد. مهندسان از خودترمیمی که در سیستم های بیولوژیکی انجام می شود، الهام گرفته اند و از این موضوع برای ترمیم مواد مختلف از جمله کامپوزیت ها استفاده کرده اند. در این پژوهش با بهره گیری از روش های خودترمیمی، به ترمیم میکروترک ها و آسیب های ایجاد شده در یک کامپوزیت اپوکسی- الیاف شیشه پرداخته شده است. بدین منظور از یک سری میکرولوله های توخالی شیشه ای برای ایجاد مکانیزم ترمیم شوندگی استفاده شد. این میکرولوله ها با نوعی ماده ترمیمی که یک رزین دوجزئی می باشد، پر شدند. با ایجاد میکروترک ها یا خرابی های غیرقابل رؤیت و برخورد آن ها با دیواره میکرولوله ها، این لوله ها پاره شده و ماده ترمیمی درون آن ها در محل آسیب جریان پیدا می کند که با گذشت زمان باعث رفع آسیب می شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر سیکل های گرمایشی بر زمان ترمیم در این کامپوزیت هاست. بدین منظور سیکل های حرارتی متوالی (1، 3 و 5 سیکل) در محدوده دمایی 70-25 درجه سانتی گراد پس از ایجاد آسیب در نمونه، اعمال شدند. نتایج آزمون خمش بیانگر آن بود که بازده ترمیم 74 درصدی که با گذشت 7 روز بدست آمده، تقریباً با اعمال 5 سیکل گرمایشی در محدوده دمایی یاد شده با گذشت تنها 1 روز حاصل می شود.

حل مسأله خمش و کمانش ورق نیمهضخیم کامپوزیت ویسکوالاستیک با استفاده از روش توابع پایه نمایی تعمیمیافته
در این پژوهش با استفاده از معادلات حاکم بر ورق نیمهضخیم کامپوزیت ویسکوالاستیک بر مبنای نظریه تغییر شکل برشی مرتبه اول، تحت بار درون و خارج صفحه تغییر شکل حداکثر و بار بحرانی کمانشی در طول زمان محاسبه شده است. ویژگیهای مکانیکی ماده ویسکوالاستیک با استفاده از بیان مدول آسودگی در فرم سری پرونی، به صورت خطی درنظر گرفته شده است. روابط متشکله به فرم چندجملهای در حوزه لاپلاس-کارسون بیان شدهاند. همچنین از تقریب ایلوشین و تبدیل معکوس لاپلاس-کارسون برای بازگرداندن پاسخ این معادلات به حوزه زمان کمک گرفته شده است. نهایتاً برای حل معادلات حاکم به ازای مقادیر مختلف زمان از روش توابع پایهنمایی تعمیم یافته استفاده شده و نمودار تاریخچه زمانی خیز حداکثر و بار کمانشی بحرانی برای ورق ویسکوالاستیک به ازای شرایط مرزی مختلف رسم شده است و نتایج خمش و کمانش ورق مفصلی با منابع ارائه شده در پیشینه مقایسه شدهاند. همچنین با بررسی ورقهای دارای شرایط مرزی دو طرف مفصل-دو طرف گیردار و چهار طرف گیردار تحت بارگذاری عرضی و نیز درون صفحه، اثر تغییر شرایط مرزی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. همچنین برای نمایش توانایی روش در حل شرایط مرزی متنوع، چند نوع شرط مرزی دیگر که روشهای تحلیلی و نیمهتحلیلی قادر به حل آنها نیستند نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در تمامی موارد، روش پیشنهادی کارایی بهتری نسبت به سایر روشها نشان میدهد.

بررسی عددی پارامترهای موثر بر پاسخ لولههای کامپوزیتی تحت بارگذاری ضربه محوری
لولههای کامپوزیتی در طول استقرار در محل یا کارکرد، ممکن است تحت بارهای ضربهای قرار گیرند. بارهای ضربهای میتوانند در اثر سقوط اجسام، به وجود آمده و آسیبهای داخلی قابل توجهی را ایجاد کنند که موجب کاهش شدید مقاومت باقیمانده لایهها در لولههای کامپوزیتی میشود. در این پژوهش، پارامترهای موثری نظیر ضخامت لوله، انرژی ضربه و قطر داخلی بر رفتار لولههای کامپوزیتی تکجداره تحت بارگذاری ضربهای و آسیبهای ناشی از این بارگذاری، به صورت عددی و با استفاده از نرم افزار الاسداینا مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفته است. به این منظورلوله های کامپوزیتی با استفاده از المان 3D Solid 164 و مدل ماده CODAM مدل سازی شده و تحت بارگذاری ضربهای سرعت پایین قرار داده شد. به منظور صحت سنجی داده مدل سازی و نتایج عددی، بعضی از نتایج عددی با نتایج تجربی مقایسه گردید. برای ساخت نمونه تجربی از سخت کننده اف ۲۰۵، رزین ایپون ۸۲۸ و الیاف ۴۰۰ گرمی شیشه استفاده گردید. بررسی نتایج نشان داد نتایج عددی همخوانی خوبی با نتایج تجربی دارد. بررسی نتایج تحلیل عددی نشان داد که با افزایش قطر داخلی شبب نمودار تغییری نمیکند به عبارت دیگر با افزایش قطر استحکام نمونه افزایش و علاوه بر آن مقاومت نمونه در برابر ضربه هم افزایش پیدا میکند. همچنین با افزایش تعداد لایهها در ساختار نمونه کامپوزیتی، سطح نیروی متوسط نمودار نیرو-جابهجایی بالاتر میرود که نشاندهنده افزایش مقاومت نمونه، در برابر بار ضربهای وارد شده است.

پاسخ دینامیکی ورق مستطیلی از جنس مواد تابعی در تماس با سیال ساکن تحت بار نقطهای متحرک
در این تحقیق، ارتعاشات اجباری ورق نسبتاً ضخیم مستطیلی از جنس مواد مدرج تابعی در تماس با سیال غیرقابل تراکم تحت بار متحرک مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. تحلیل ورق بر اساس تئوری تغییر شکل برشی مرتبه اول رایزنر- میندلین با در نظر گرفتن اثرات اینرسی دورانی و تنشهای برشی عرضی میباشد و برای مطالعه اثر فشار اعمال شده از سیال بر روی سطح آزاد ورق از مدلسازی جرم افزوده استفاده شده است. ابتدا برای ورق مستطیلی با دو لبهی موازی بر روی تکیهگاه ساده، معادله مشخصه ارتعاشی برای بدست آوردن فرکانسهای طبیعی استخراج شده، سپس با بکارگیری روش بسط شکل مودها، معادلات حاکم بر رفتار ارتعاش اجباری ورق نسبتاً ضخیم مستطیلی بدست آمده است. در ادامه، بعد از صحهگذاری روی پاسخهای دقیق بدست آمده به تحلیل نتایج عددی ارتعاش اجباری و تأثیر پارامترهای مختلف هندسی از قبیل نسبت طول به عرض ورق، ضخامت به طول ورق، چگالی سیال، ارتفاع سیال و ضریب توانی کسر حجمی روی پاسخ دینامیکی ورق پرداخته شده است.

تاثیر افزودن پودر آلومیناید آهن نانو ساختار بر خواص مکانیکی کامپوزیت کاربید تنگستن تولید شده به روش سینترینگ پلاسمای جرقهای
در این تحقیق از پودر آلومیناید آهن سنتز شده به روش آلیاژسازی مکانیکی و عملیات آنیل برای تولید کامپوزیت کاربید تنگستن- آلومیناید آهن استفاده شد. مخلوط پودرهای کاربید تنگستن و آلومیناید آهن با ترکیب WC-25vol% FeAl به روش سینترینگ پلاسمای جرقهای در دمای ℃ 1150 سنتز شد. سختی، تافنس شکست و رفتار سایشی نمونه تولیدی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و نتایج آن با نمونه کاربید تنگستن- کبالت تجاری مقایسه شد. بررسی ساختاری از مخلوط پودری نشان داد که ذرات آلومیناید آهن و ذرات کاربید تنگستن به صورت کاملاً همگن در همدیگر پخش شدهاند که دلیل آن وجود ذرات آلومیناید آهن با اندازه ذره در محدوده 50 تا 800 نانومتر بوده است. در شرایط سینترینگ، وجود ذرات فاز زمینه آلومیناید آهن با اندازه نانو توانایی نفوذ سریع بین ذرات کاربیدی و همچنین پر کردن فضاهای خالی بین ذرات بزرگتر را داشته و منجر به تشکیل ساختار کاملاً همگن با چگالی تقریباً برابر با چگالی تئوری شده است. سختی و تافنس شکست نمونه کاربید تنگستن- آلومیناید آهن تولیدی بهترتیب برابر با GPa 17.90 و MPa√m 9.1 بهدست آمده است که نسبت به نمونه کاربید تنگستن- کبالت دارای سختی بالاتر (GPa 15.70) و تافنس شکست بهمیزان جزئی پایینتر است. نتایج آزمون سایش نشان داد که با افزایش دمای آزمون از دمای اتاق به ℃500، نرخ سایش ویژه برای هر دو نمونه افزایش یافته است. همچنین نمونه کاربید تنگستن- آلومیناید آهن نسبت به نمونه کاربید تنگستن- کبالت در دو شرایط دمای اتاق و دمای ℃ 500 مقاومت به سایش بالاتری از خود نشان داد.

طراحی و اندازهگیری اولین نمونه پنل رادوم ساندویچی باند C ایران برای رادار هواشناسی
پوششهای مخابراتی برای رویارویی با شرایط آب و هوایی سخت و با بیشترین شفافیت الکترومغناطیسی توسعه یافتهاند. مقابله در برابر بادهای 220 کیلومتر بر ساعت، شرایط دمایی عملکردی 40- تا 60 درجه سانتیگراد، رطوبت 90%، تابش امواج فرابنفش و در نهایت افت امواج الکترومغناطیسی کمتر از 3/0 دسیبل و اختلاف دو پلاریزیسیون کمتر از 05/0 دسیبل از عمدهترین الزامات طراحی مرتبط با رادومهای مخابراتی هواشناسی است. در این مقاله طراحی مهندسی و تستهای تجربی روی اولین نمونه از رادوم ساندویچی برای رادار هواشناسی باند C به همراه تستهای الکترومغناطیسی و تست کمانش مربوط به پنلها تفصیل شده است. الزامات محیطی با انتخاب مواد اجابت شدهاند. ارزیابی پایداری مکانیکی با شبیه سازی المان محدود در نرم افزار آباکوس 6.12 و تست کمانش و ارزیابی بهرهوری الکترومغناطیسی با تست الکترومغناطیسی ارزیابی شده است. نتایج تست کمانش نشان میدهد که ساختار ساخته شده میتواند تا بار کمانش 190 نیوتن را بهطور ایمن تحمل کند. مطابق تستهای الکترومغناطیسی الزامات مربوط به محدودیتهای افت عبوری یکطرفه و اختلاف دو پلاریزاسیون با احراز مقادیر در محدوده، اجابت شده است و نمونهی طراحی و ساخته شده قابلیت استفاده برای نمونههای اولیه را دارد.

تاثیر افزودن اربیم بر مشخصه های ریزساختاری و رفتار فشاری کامپوزیت های درجای Al-15 wt.% Mg2Si
اصلاح ذرات تقویتکننده Mg2Si در کامپوزیتهای درجای Al-Mg2Si به عنوان عامل کلیدی برای بهبود خواص مکانیکی این کامپوزیتها به شمار میرود. در تحقیق حاضر، اثر افزودن اربیم بر مشخصههای ریزساختاری و رفتار فشاری کامپوزیت درجای Al-15 wt.% Mg2Siمورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. ریزساختار نمونهها با استفاده از میکروسکوپهای نوری و الکترونی روبشی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که با افزودن 0.6 درصد وزنی اربیم اندازه ذرات Mg2Si اولیه از 14 به 8.5 میکرومتر کاهش یافته و همچنین مورفولوژی آنها از حالت دندریتی به حالت چندوجهی تبدیل شد. افزودن اربیم باعث تغییر مورفولوژی Mg2Si یوتکتیکی از حالت ورقهای به حالت الیافی ریز شد. در کنار این موارد، مقداری ترکیب Al3Er در حین انجماد کامپوزیت در ناحیه یوتکتیکی تشکیل شد. نتایج آزمون فشار نشان داد که افزودن اربیم باعث بهبود استحکام فشاری کامپوزیت میشود به طوری که بیشترین میزان بهبود (32 درصد) در ارتباط با نمونه حاوی 0.6 درصد اربیم مشاهده شد.

مدل سازی اجزاءمحدود و بررسی تجربی اثر زاویه الیاف بر رفتار ویسکوالاستیک چندلایه های کامپوزیتی تقویت شده با الیاف بلند
مواد کامپوزیتی با زمینه ی پلیمری به طور گسترده ای در صنایع حمل و نقل، دریایی، عمرانی، نظامی و هوایی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. رزین های مورد استفاده در ساخت چندلایه های کامپوزیتی، خواص وابسته به زمان از خود نشان می دهند، از این رو بررسی خاصیت ویسکوالاستیک در این مواد در بسیاری از کاربردها ضروری به نظر می رسد. در این مقاله بر روی خاصیت ویسکوالاستیک چندلایه کامپوزیتی تقویت شده با الیاف بلند و وابستگی آن به زاویه الیاف مطالعه صورت می گیرد و یک برنامه تکمیلی برای تعریف ماده ارتوتروپیک با خاصیت ویسکوالاستیک در نرم افزار اجزاء محدود آباکوس ارائه می گردد. مطالعه به دو روش آزمایشگاهی و شبیه سازی عددی انجام گرفته که نتایج شبیه سازی عددی انطباق خوبی با نتایج آزمایشگاهی دارند. در روش تجربی خاصیت ویسکوالاستیک با آزمون رهایی تنش در سه زاویه الیاف صفر، 45 و 90 درجه مشخصه سازی شده است. نتایج در نظر گرفتن خاصیت ویسکوالاستیک و عدم ایجاد آن در شبیه سازی آزمون رهایی تنش حاکی از آن است که در نظر نگرفتن این خاصیت در شبیه سازی عددی باعث به وجود آمدن خطا در نتایج شده که میزان این خطا در زاویه الیاف 90 درجه بیشترین و در زاویه الیاف صفر درجه کمترین است. نتایج نشان می دهد که میزان کاهش مدول رهایی تنش در زوایای الیاف صفر، 45 و 95 درجه در مدت زمان 150 دقیقه به ترتیب 5، 16 و 18 درصد مقدار اولیه می باشد.

تحلیل رفتار پسکمانش پنلهای زینی شکل تکجهته کامپوزیتی حاوی تورق با استفاده از مدل ناحیه چسبنده
در این مقاله تحلیل گستردهای بر روی پیشبینی رفتار کمانش و پسکمانش پنلهای متورق کامپوزیتی تکجهته دارای انحنا (کمان صفر و 60 درجه) به روش المان محدود انجام شده است. تحلیل با استفاده از قانون کشش-جدایش برای هندسههای حاوی یک و دو تورق عرضی صورت پذیرفته و جدایش بین لایههای مجاور حاوی این آسیب و اثر متقابل آن در پاسخ به بارگذاری فشاری ارزیابی شده است. اثر هندسه بدون عیب، هندسههای حاوی تورق بدون قابلیت رشد و دارای قابلیت رشد برروی رفتار پسکمانش مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. تأثیر متقابل غیرخطی بسیار پیچیده بین هندسه، ماده و تغییر شکلهای بزرگ در نظر گرفته شده است. پنلهای با زاویه کمان صفر درجه با دیگر مقالات موجود مقایسه شده و تطابق مناسبی حاصل گردیده است. تفاوت بین رفتار کمانشی این سازهها در حضور یک و دو تورق مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته و همچنین تمایز بین هندسههای تخت و زینی شکل در رفتار کمانش کلی، محلی و رشدهای پایدار و ناپایدار تورق مدنظر میباشد.

تحلیل تجربی و عددی ضربه سرعت بالا روی صفحات کامپوزیتی کولار/اپوکسی
در این مقاله عملکرد بالستیکی چندلایههای کامپوزیتی دو و چهار لایه ساخته شده از پارچه کولار و رزین اپوکسی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نمونهها با استفاده از روش لایهگذاری دستی ساخته شده و تحت آزمایش ضربه بالستیک قرار گرفت. حد بالستیک و انرژی جذب شده، به عنوان معیاری از عملکرد بالستیکی صفحات کامپوزیتی ارزیابی گردید. آزمایشها با استفاده از پرتابه استوانهای سرکروی و در محدوده سرعت 20-120 متر بر ثانیه انجام شد. نحوه خرابی و شکست نمونههای کامپوزیت مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. همچنین با استفاده از نرمافزار ال اس داینا، ضربه سرعت بالا روی صفحات کامپوزیتی شبیهسازی شده است. بدین منظور، مدل دقیقی از پرتابه و هدف تهیه شد. لایههای کامپوزیت بصورت مجزا مدلسازی و با اعمال قیود مناسب به هم متصل گردید. این مدل عددی، با دقت خوبی میتواند سرعت حد بالستیک هدفهای کامپوزیتی را تعیین نماید. حداکثر خطا برای نمونههای 2 و 4 لایه به ترتیب 6 و 10 درصد میباشد. به منظور بررسی اثر شکل دماغه پرتابه بر عملکرد بالستیکی کامپوزیت کولار/اپوکسی، شبیهسازی نفوذ با استفاده از دو پرتابه سرکروی و سرتخت در سرعتهای مختلف انجام شد و حد بالستیک و انرژی جذب شده برای دو نوع پرتابه مقایسه گردید. حد بالستیک برای کامپوزیت دو و چهار لایه تحت ضربه پرتابه سرتخت، به ترتیب m/s 32.5 و43.7 میباشد که نسبت به پرتابه سرکروی 14 و 16 درصد افزایش دارد.

تحلیل تجربی خواص کششی نانو کامپوزیت های سه تایی پلی پروپیلن/ لاستیک نیتریل کربوکسیل شده / نانو ذرات سیلیکا به کمک روش رویه پاسخ
در این تحقیق، خواص کششی، شامل استحکام کششی، مدول الاستیک و ازدیاد طول نانوکامپوزیتهای سه تایی پلی پروپیلن/ لاستیک نیتریل کربوکسیل شده تقویت شده با نانوذرات سیلیکا بررسی شده است. برای طراحی آزمایش جهت تهیه ترکیبات از طرح Box-Behnken روش رویه پاسخ (RSM) استفاده شده است. بر اساس این طرح ازمایش 15 نمونه شامل 0، 2 و 4 درصد وزنی نانو ذرات سیلیکا 0، 3 و 6 درصد وزنی عامل سازگار کننده پلی پروپیلن مالئیکه (PP-gMA) و نیز 0، 5 و 10 درصد وزنی لاستیک نیتریل کربوکسیل شده توسط یک اکسترودر همسوگرد تهیه شدند. آزمون مکانیکی کشش برای تعیین استحکام کششی، مدول الاستیسیته و ازدیاد طول تا شکست ترکیبات انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که افزودن نانو ذرات سیلیکا مدول الاستیک ( به میزان 14 درصد) و استحکام کششی ( به میزان 4 درصد) ترکیبات را افزایش می دهد. همچنین حضور لاستیک نیتریل کربوکسیل شده موجب افزایش ازدیاد طول تا شکست ( به میزان 39 درصد) ترکیبات شده است و افزایش عامل سازگار کننده پلی پروپیلن مالئیکه اندکی استحکام کششی را افزایش می دهد. همچنین مشاهده شد که لاستیک نیتریل کربوکسیل شده بیشترین تاثیر را بر استحکام کششی و ازدیاد طول تا شکست دارد و نانو ذرات سیلیکا بیشترین تاثیر بر مدول الاستیک را دارند. در پایان برای هر خاصیت کششی یک مدل رگرسیون برحسب فاکتورهای موثر ارائه شد

رفتار مکانیکی نانوکامپوزیت هیبریدی نانوپرلیت و نانورس بر پایه پلی اتیلن: بررسی تجربی و اعتبارسنجی عددی مدل های ابرکشسان
در این پژوهش، هیبرید نانوذرات رس اصلاح شده و نانوپرلیت سیلانه شده از طریق ترکیب ذوب مستقیم به پلی اتیلن با دانسیته پایین اضافه شد. نحوه پخش ذرات اضافه شده توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد که با افزودن میزان نانوپرکننده هیبریدی نانوپرلیت/نانورس سطح شکست نمونه ها زبرتر شده و شدت فرورفتگیها و برآمدگیها تشدید میشود. اثر نانوذرات هیبریدی بر روی خواص گرمایی پلی اتیلن مثل دمای ذوب و دمای بلورینگی بوسیله آزمون گرماسنجی روبشی تفاضلی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. با افزایش میزان نانوپرکننده هیبریدی نانوپرلیت/نانورس دمای ذوب و دمای بلورینگی نمونه های پلی اتیلن بالاتر میرود این موضوع به برهمکنش بین ذرات نانو هیبریدی و زنجیرهای پلیمری مربوط است. خواص مکانیکی تنش-کرنش نمونه های نانوکامپوزیت هیبریدی پلی اتیلن تحت تست کششی تک جهته مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج تجربی نشان میدهد که مدول یانگ و استحکام کششی کامپوزیت ها میتوانند با مقدار کمی نانوپرکننده بهبود یابند. علاوه بر این، برای بررسی رفتار تنش-کرنش نانوکامپوزیت هیبریدی پلی اتیلن، مدلهای ابرکشسان مانند آرودا-بویس، مونی-ریولین، چندجمله ای، یه-اوه، واندروالس و اگدن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند و با داده های تجربی مقایسه شدند . نتایج نشان داد که مدلهای آرودا-بویس، واندروالس، یه-اوه و مونی-ریولین به دلیل نداشتن ناوردای دوم تانسور، در تمامی مقادیر نانوپرکننده هیبریدی انحراف بیشتری از داده های تجربی از خود نشان میدهد در حالیکه مدلهای دیگر من جمله چندجملهای مرتبه دوم و اگدن بعلت وجود مولفه ناوردای مرتیه بالاتر مکانیک پیوسته، نتایج مطلوبی برای نمونه های نانوکامپوزیتی پلی اتیلن/ نانوذرات رس/ نانوپرلیت به همراه داشت.

تهیه نانوکامپوزیت مغناطیسی پلی آنیلین و بررسی کاربرد آن در حذف دی بنزوتیوفن
وجود ترکیبات آلی سولفوردارمانند دی بنزوتیوفن (DBT) در سوخت های حمل و نقل نه تنها یک منبع عمده باران اسیدی است، بلکه دلیل بسیاری از بیماری های جدی سیستم تنفسی انسان مانند سرطان ریه است. بر این اساس، حذف مؤثر DBT بسیار مهم است. در این پژوهش، نانو ذرات مغناطیسی به روش هم رسوبی سنتز شدند و سپس این نانو ذرات طی فرآیند پلیمریزاسیون اکسایش شیمیایی در محیط مایسلی با استفاده از سدیم دو دسیل سولفات به عنوان سورفکتانت به وسیله لایه نازکی از پلی آنیلین پوشش داده شدند. محصول سنتزی با استفاده از روشهای میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM)، پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD) و طیفسنجی تبدیل فوریه مادون قرمز(FTIR) شناسایی شد. مدلهای ایزوترم لانگمویر و فروندلیچ برای مطابقت داده های تعادلی برای نانوکامپوزیت مغناطیسی استفاده شدند. فرآیند جذب به خوبی توسط مدل لانگمویر (9899/0) توصیف میشود. جاذب مغناطیسی بیشینه ظرفیت جذب 42/118 میلی گرم بر گرم را در شرایط بهینه (مقدار جاذب؛ 01/0 گرم، زمان تماس؛ 15 دقیقه؛ pH؛ 3/9) فراهم کرد. و بیشینه ظرفیت جذب 42/118 میلی گرم بر گرم محاسبه گردید.

ارزیابی تأثیر میزان جذب آب بر خواص دیالکتریک و استحکام کششی کامپوزیت پلیمری
در این تحقیق، آزمون جذب آب بر روی کامپوزیت پلیمری تقویتشده با الیاف شیشه تک جهتِ (GFRP) بهمنظور بهکارگیری در عایقهای کامپوزیتی ولتاژ بالا انجام شد. نمونههای کامپوزیتی در دمای اتاق در آب مقطر، بهصورت غوطهوری قرار گرفتند و مقاومت شان به جذب رطوبت برحسب نرخ جذب رطوبت، میزان جذب رطوبت و ضریب نفوذ ظاهری تعیین شد. همچنین اثر هندسه نمونه (اثر لبه) بر روی جذب رطوبت کامپوزیت موردبررسی قرار گرفت. بر طبق نتایج میتوان پی برد که تغییرات در میزان رطوبت اثر ویژهای بر روی خواص مکانیکی و الکتریکی مواد کامپوزیتی خواهد داشت. آزمون کشش بهمنظور تعیین خواص مکانیکی، اندازهگیری ولتاژ شکست و جریان نشتی بهمنظور بررسی خواص الکتریکی و تصویربرداری به کمک میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری برای مشاهده مورفولوژی نمونههای GFRP صورت گرفت. با افزایش زمان غوطهوری استحکام کششی و مدول یانگ نمونهها کاهش یافت. بعلاوه، آب جذبشده بهوسیله نمونههای کامپوزیتی منجر به افت ولتاژ شکست و افزایش جریان نشتی کامپوزیت شد که میتواند نشاندهندهی تخریب آنها باشد.

افزایش کارایی دسته الیاف کربن در تقویت بتن ریزدانه: مطالعه تجربی ظرفیت باربری خمشی
استفاده از بتن تقویت شده با منسوج (TRC ) در صنعت ساختمانسازی به دلیل خواص مکانیکی مطلوب، سبکی سازه، مقاومت در برابر خوردگی و ظرفیت تحمل بار بالا در حال توسعه میباشد. عدم نفوذ کامل ذرات سیمانی به درون دسته الیاف باعث کاهش بهرهوری الیاف در تحمل بار کششی و افزایش شکلپذیری سازه پس از شکست اولیه بتن میشود. مقدار کارایی الیاف در رفتار خمشی بتن تقویت شده با منسوج به عنوان یک عامل اساسی محسوب میشود. لذا هدف از این تحقیق افزایش کارایی دسته الیاف در تقویت بتن بوده است. در این تحقیق کارایی پارچه های حلقوی تاری پود گذاری شده در تقویتکننده بتن، میزان باربری و چقرمگی بتن تقویت شده با منسوج تحت آزمون خمشی چهارنقطه بررسی شده است. همچنین افزایش کارایی سازه با آغشته سازی منقطع منسوج تقویت کننده مورد بررسی قرار گفته است. نتایج نشان میدهد که آغشته سازی جزئی اپوکسی در کارایی منسوج تقویت کننده بتن مؤثر بوده و آغشته سازی منقطع با اپوکسی بهروری سازه را تا 50% ارتقاء داده است

ارزیابی عیوب حاصل از ضربه سرعت پایین بر روی پانلهای ساندویچی شیشه/پلی استر-فوم با بهره گیری از روش آکوستیک امیشن
از پانلهای ساندویچی در سازههای مختلف هوافضا، کشتی، و غیره به دلیل نسبت استحکام به وزن بالا، عایق صوتی و حرارتی و خواصی نظیر آنها استفاده میگردد. مطالعه بر روی مکانیزم شکست در کامپوزیتها و به خصوص پانلهای ساندویچی از موارد به روز مورد تحقیق میباشد. در این مقاله برای مطالعه مقاومت به ضربه و انواع عیوب ایجاد شده در پانلهای ساندویچی کامپوزیتی شیشه/ پلی استر با فوم پلی اورتان با 3 نوع لایه چینی مختلف، از دادههای روش آزمون غیر مخرب آکوستیک امیشن استفاده شده است. با تحلیل همزمان داده های آکوستیک و مطالعه نمودارهای نیرو-جابجایی و تصاویر چشمی نمونه ها پس از ضربه های متفاوت 20، 38 و 60 ژول، بررسی مکانیزمهای شکست ایجاد شده صورت گرفتهاست. بدین منظور نمودار نیروجابجایی و انرژی آکوستیک در هر حوزه فرکانسی در حین ضربه تفسیر شده و ارتباط آنها با انواع شکست رخ داده در نمونهها، مکانیزم شکست رخ داده ازقبیل شکست فاز زمینه پلیاستر، الیاف، جدایش الیاف از فاز زمینه در این نوع پانل ساندویچی استخراج شده است. همچنین با مطالعه نمودارهای نیروجابجایی و بررسی پارامترهای حداکثر نیروی واکنشی و میزان برگشت الاستیک در تایید نتایج دادههای آکوستیک صحه گذاری صورت گرفته است. نتایج نشان داد که مقاومت به ضربه لایهچینی متعامد از مابقی نمونه ها به مقدار حداقل 30 الی 40٪ در تمامی ضربهها بیشتر بودهاست.
