بررسی ریزساختار و سختی نانوکامپوزیت ریختگی آلومینیوم 7068 تقویت شده با نانوذرات SiC
در این تحقیق، خواص مکانیکی و ریزساختار نانوکامپوزیت آلومینیوم 7068 تقویت شده با 1، 2، 3 و 5 درصد نانوذرات کاربید سیلسیم (SiC) تولید شده به روش ریخته گری گردابی با کمک حباب زائی مافوق صوت بررسی شد. جهت اختلاط مناسب آلیاژ و نانوذرات از دستگاه مافوق صوت مجهز به سیستم خنک کننده با توان 2000 وات استفاده شد. همچنین برای مطالعات ریزساختاری، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی بکار گرفته شد. مطالعات ریزساختاری نانوکامپوزیت نشان داد که حضور نانوذرات SiC باعث کاهش اندازه دانه می شود. اما در درصدهای بالای نانوذرات SiC (5% وزنی)، کاهش محسوسی در اندازه دانه ایجاد نمیشود. همچنین حضور نانوذرات و کاهش اندازه دانه، افزایش چشمگیر سختی نانوکامپوزیت را به همراه دارد. البته در درصدهای بالای نانوذرات SiC (5% وزنی)، این ذرات در مرزدانه ها کلوخه ای شده و باعث کاهش سختی کامپوزیت می شوند. نانوکامپوزیت تقویت شده با 3% وزنی نانوذرات، سختی 155 برینل را نشان داد که بهینه ترین درصد نانوذرات SiC می باشد. با توجه به نتایج سختی نمونه اولیه و نانوکامپوزیت با 3 درصد وزنی SiC، 24 درصد افزایش سختی مشاهده می شود.

تحلیل تجربی و عددی ارتعاشات آزاد پوسته استوانهای کامپوزیتی ساندویچی با هسته لوزی شکل
پوستههای مشبک کامپوزیتی به دلیل خواص منحصربفردشان یکی از سازههای پرکاربرد در صنایع هوایی، دریایی و خودروسازی میباشد. هدف تحقیق حاضر، تحلیل تجربی و عددی ارتعاشات آزاد پوسته استوانهای کامپوزیتی ساندویچی با هسته لوزی شکل میباشد. برای ساخت این پوستهها، از قالب سیلیکونی، روش رشتهپیچی و لایه چینی دستی استفاده شد. پوسته تقویت شده مشبک و پوسته ساده ساخته شده و سپس با چسباندن این دو بخش بهم، پوسته ساندویچی با شبکه لوزی شکل ایجاد میشود. نمونههای ساخته شده تحت آزمایش آنالیز مودال قرار گرفته و فرکانسهای طبیعی ارتعاشی استخراج شده است. از مقایسهی نتایج تجربی و عددی به دست آمده از نرم افزار آباکوس، مشاهده شد که انطباق مناسبی بین آنها وجود دارد. با استفاده از روش تاگوچی یک مطالعه پارامتری روی اثر تغییرات 6 پارامتر، شامل تعداد جفت ریب، ضخامت ریب، تعداد سلول واحد، ضخامت پوسته، چیدمان لایه ها و شرایط مرزی بر رفتار ارتعاشی پوسته ساندویچی با هسته لوزی شکل انجام شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد، فرکانس طبیعی پوسته ساندویچی استوانهای بیشترین حساسیت را نسبت به شرایط مرزی و ضخامت پوسته داشته و کمترین حساسیت را نسبت به ضخامت ریب و چیدمان لایهها دارد. همچنین به جهت بررسی کارایی پوسته ساندویچی، فرکانس طبیعی پوسته ساندویچی با شبکه لوزی شکل با پوسته ساده معادل در شرایط مرزی مختلف مقایسه شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد فرکانس طبیعی پوسته ساندویچی با شبکه لوزی شکل در حالت شرط مرزی آزاد، 176% و در حالت شرط مرزی گیردار، 34% نسبت به پوسته ساده معادل بیشتر است.

مطالعه استحکام اتصال لایه ای در کامپوزیت SS316/Al 1050 تولید شده به روش فرآیند اتصال نورد تجمعی
در این مقاله به مطالعه استحکام لایه ای در کامپوزیت آلومینیوم AA1050 و فولاد SS 316 تولید شده به روش فرآیند اتصال نورد تجمعی پرداخته شده است. نمونه های فرآیند نورد تجمعی به منظور بررسی استحکام لایه کنی و برشی تحت آزمون کشش تک محور در جهت نورد قرار گرفتند . استحکام لایه ای در هر نمونه اندازه گیری و نتایج حاصل از آزمایش ها با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند . نتایج نشان داد که استحکام در برش لایه ای نسبت به لایه کنی بیشتر بوده است؛ همچنین پس از انجام 5 پاس فرآیند نورد تجمعی، ریز ساختار ورق مشاهده شد. به منظور بررسی استحکام نمونه ها طی پاس های مختلف فرآیند، آزمون های کشش انجام شدند که نتایج، به طور کلی بیانگر افزایش استحکام بودند. مطالعات بعدی بر روی تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مقاطع شکست نمونه های حاصل نشان داد که با افزایش پاس های فرآیند، ضخامت لایه های فولاد کمتر گشته تا این لایه ها در پاس 3 به پارگی رسیدند. در ادامه تغییرات سختی در راستای ضخامت ورق، در پاس های متوالی مطالعه شدند. نتایج حاکی از آن بودند که در پاس 2 افزایش سختی چشمگیر بوده است.

تحلیل میکرومکانیکی پاسخ الکتروالاستیک کامپوزیتهای زمینه پلیمری تقویتشده با الیاف فازی حاوی نانولولهی کربنی
در این مقاله رفتار الکترومکانیکی کامپوزیتهای هیبریدی تقویتشده با فیبر فازی حاوی نانولولهی کربنی بررسی میشود. از یک مدل میکرومکانیکی سلول واحد و روابط ساختاری کوپل الکترومکانیکی برای به دست آوردن ثابتهای الاستیک و الکتریکی کامپوزیت هیبریدی استفاده میشوند. این کامپوزیتهای هیبریدی از فیبر پیزوالکتریک و نانولولهی کربنی یه عنوان فاز تقویت و زمینه پلیمری ساخته شده است. فیبرهای پیزوالکتریکی با نانولولههای کربنی که در جهت شعاعی همراستا شدهاند پوشانده میشوند. یک ناحیه فاز میانی بین نانولولهی کربنی و پلیمر به علت فعل و انفعالات بین نانولوله و زمینه پلیمری در نظر گرفته میشود. تاثیرات درصد حجمی و اندازه نانولولهی کربنی بر خواص نهایی کامپوزیت هیبریدی بررسی شده است. این تاثیرات در جهت عرضی به علت همراستا شدن نانولولههای کربنی در جهت شعاعی فیبر کربن قابل توجه است. با در نظر گرفتن PZT-7A به عنوان فیبر پیزوالکتریکی تقویتکننده، مطالعهای بر روی خواص استحکامبخشی آن در مقایسه با PZT-5A انجام شده است تا یک کامپوزیت بهتری ساخته شود. با مقایسه مدل حاضر با یک مدل میکرومکانیکی دیگر، اعتبارسنجی مدل بررسی شده است. تطابق خوبی بین نتایج دو مدل میکرومکانیکی وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان میدهند که برای خواص الکترومکانیکی عرضی بهتر، استفاده کردن از نانولولهی کربنی با قطر کمتر پیشنهاد میشود.

بررسی تجربی تاثیر تغییر پارامترهای مختلف بر رفتار لولههای کامپوزیتی شیشه/اپوکسی تحت بارگذاری شبه استاتیکی محوری
لولههای کامپوزیتی در طول استقرار در محل یا کارکرد، ممکن است تحت بارهای ضربهای شبهاستاتیکی قرار گیرند. با تعیین خواص ضربهای لولههای کامپوزیتی و بهرهگیری از آنها در فرایند طراحی، صحت رفتار این سازهها در شرایط بارگذاری شبه استاتیکی تضمین میشود. در پژوهش حاضر، به بررسی تاثیر تغییر پارامترهایی نظیر قطر لوله، چگالی الیاف، زاویه چیدمان الیاف و افزودن فوم بر رفتار لولههای کامپوزیتی شیشه/اپوکسی تحت بارگذاری شبهاستاتیکی محوری پرداخته شده است. نمودار نیرو-جابجایی برای تمام آزمایشها استخراج و با نمودار سایر آزمایشها مقایسه شد. همچنین میزان جذب انرژی ویزه در هر آزمایش برای تمام نمونهها محاسبه شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد تغییر پارامترهای ذکر شده بر میزان جذب انرژی ویژه لولههای کامپوزیتی موثرند. به طوری که با افزایش قطر داخلی نمونه و چگالی الیاف به کار رفته برای ساخت نمونه، انرژی جذب شده ویژه نیز افزایش مییابد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که فوم با چگالی 700 Kg⁄m^3 ، تاثیر کمی بر میزان تحمل نیروی وارده داشت که این مسئله باعث کاهش نسبتا کم جذب انرژی ویژه نمونهها شد. ولی با افزایش چگالی فوم تا 1400 Kg⁄m^3 ، هم مقاومت نمونه در مقابل بارگذاری صورت گرفته و هم میزان جذب انرژی ویژه افزایش پیدا کرد. از پژوهش حاضر این مسئله نیز روشن شد که برای نمونههای با چگالی الیاف 400 گرم بر مترمربع و زاویه چیدمان [±45] ، مود لهشدگی به شکل مود تا شدگی با الگوی خاص بود که شبیه تخریب نمونههای فلزی گزارش شده توسط سایر محققان میباشد.

بررسی عددی اثر خواص وابسته به نرخ کرنش مواد در رفتار ضربه سرعتبالا و سرعت حد بالستیک در سازههای لانهزنبوری
استفاده گسترده از سازههای لانهزنبوری بهعنوان هسته سازههای ساندویچی در صنایع هوایی و امکان برخورد اجسام کوچک با سرعتهای بالا به این سازهها، بیانگر ضرورت مطالعه بر روی رفتار ضربه سرعتبالای سازههای لانهزنبوری است. در این مقاله با در نظر گرفتن وابستگی خواص سازه لانهزنبوری به نرخ کرنش بالا، به شبیهسازی المان محدود رفتار ضربه سرعتبالا و تعیین سرعت حد بالستیک این سازهها در برخورد با پرتابههای سرنیمکره و سرتخت پرداخته شده است. نتایج شبیهسازی با نتایج آزمایشگاهی موجود در منابع مقایسه شده است و سرعت حد بالستیک حاصل از مدلهای عددی، انطباق خوبی با نتایج آزمایشگاهی دارند. همچنین جهت بررسی اثر خواص وابسته به نرخ کرنش، سرعت حد بالستیک مدلهای عددی در صورت عدم اعمال خواص وابسته به نرخ کرنش تعیین و با نتایج مدلهای دارای اثرات وابسته به نرخ کرنش مقایسه شده است. مقایسه نتایج این دو حالت نشان میدهد که بهکارگیری اثرات وابسته به نرخ کرنش موجب افزایش جذب انرژی بهصورت انرژی اتلافی پلاستیک و انرژی اتلافی اصطکاکی میشود که دقت شبیهسازی عددی را بهطور قابل توجهی بهبود میبخشد. از سوی دیگر در شبیهسازی برخورد پرتابه به سازه لانهزنبوری، مکانیزمهای تخریب، و همچنین سطوح آسیب در جلوی لانهزنبوری، مشابه با نمونههای آزمایشگاهی مشاهده شده است. با این حال نحوه ساخت لانهزنبوری و ماهیت اتفاقی برخورد، موجب تفاوت سطوح آسیب در پشت لانهزنبوری شده است.

بهبود مقاومت تورق کامپوزیتهای شیشه-فنولی به روش چقرمهسازی زمینه توسط پلیوینیل بوتیرال
کامپوزیتها انواع مختلف دارند که از جمله آنهاکامپوزیتها با ساختار لایهای میباشند که در آنها احتمال تورق تحت بارهای اعمالی وجود دارد. کامپوزیت رزین فنولیک / الیاف شیشه از جمله کامپوزیتهای پر کاربرد میباشد که احتمال تورق در آن زیاد است. در این پژوهش افزایش مقاومت این کامپوزیت در برابر تورق با کمک افزودنی پلیمری گرمانرم پلی وینیل بوتیرال (PVB) با مقادیر 1، 3، 5، 10 و phr 20 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. ابتدا پیش آغشته الیاف شیشه و رزین فنولی اصلاح شده تهیه شده، به منظور رسیدن به پخت جزئی ، در شرایط دما-زمان معین قرار داده و میزان جریان یابی آنها اندازهگیری شد. سپس با فرآیند قالبگیری فشاری از نمونههای با مقدار جریانیابی یکسان %10، نمونههای آزمون خمش تهیه شد. نتایج آزمون خمش سه نقطهای نشان دادکه افزودن PVB در مقادیر مختلف موجب بهبود نسبی استحکام و مقاومت در برابر تورق شده که میزان آن تابع مقدار افزودنی است. افزودن PVB تا phr 3 موجب افزایش چقرمگی شکست تا %2/58 و بیشتر از phr 3 موجب کاهش آن شده، متوسط نیروی پیش برنده شکست نیز تنها در کامپوزیت حاوی phr 3 از PVB افزایش یافت. در این راستا میزان phr 3 از PVB به عنوان مقدار بهینه شناخته شد. بررسی مورفولوژی سطوح شکست با استفاده از SEM بیانگر ممانعت از رشد ترک در این کامپوزیتها حتی در مقدار phr 1 میباشند.

بررسی ارتعاشات هیدروالاستیک ورق دایروی از جنس مواد تابعی در تماس با سیال محدود با استفاده از روش ریتز
در این پژوهش به بررسی ارتعاشات آزاد ورق دایروی از جنس مواد تابعی در تماس با سیال محدود و غیرقابل تراکم پرداخته شده است. ابتدا معادلات حاکم بر ورق دایروی بر اساس تئوری مرتبه اول تغییر شکل برشی یا تئوری میندلین با در نظر گرفتن اثرات اینرسی دورانی و نیروهای برشی استخراج شده است. برای تقریب جابجاییهای ورق از توابع پذیرفتنی هارمونیک چبیشف همراه با توابع مرزی استفاده شده است. سپس معادلات حاکم بر نوسان سیال با بهرهگیری از حل معادله لاپلاس پتانسیل سرعت و ارضای شرایط مرزی حاصل شده است. با استفاده از روش ریتز، فرکانسهای طبیعی و شکل مودهای ورق دایروی در تماس با سیال بر مبنای انرژی پتانسیل کمینه استخراج شدهاند. در ادامه، تأثیر پارامترهای مختلف هندسی از قبیل نسبت ضخامت بر شعاع ورق، شرایط مرزی، چگالی سیال، نسبت کسر حجمی ماده تابعی و ارتفاع سیال روی فرکانسهای طبیعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. به منظور حصول اطمینان از نتایج به دست آمده از حل تحلیلی، فرکانسهای طبیعی حاصل از ورق دایروی در تماس با سیال در حالت خاص ورق همگن آلومینیومی با نتایج حاصل از آزمایش تجربی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته است.

رزین وینیلاستر به علت خواص خوب مکانیکی و مقاومت شیمیایی بالا، در بسیاری از ساختارهای کامپوزیتی و صنایع مختلف استفاده میشود. یکی از مهمترین اهداف اضافه کردن تقویتکنندههای نانومتری به زمینههای پلیمری افزایش مدول الاستیک و استحکام آنها میباشد. نانولوله کربنی به دلیل ساختار صلب و نسبت منظری میتواند به طور موثری در افزایش مدول الاستیک و سفتی زمینه پلیمری عمل کند. مهمترین هدف کاربردی این پژوهش، دستیابی به توزیع مناسبی از نانولولههای کربنی چند جداره دارای عامل کربوکسیل در رزین وینیلاستر است به طوری که همزمان مدول الاستیک، استحکام کششی و میزان چقرمگی نانو کامپوزیت حاصل افزایش یابد. بر این اساس، نانوکامپوزیتهایی با شش درصد وزنی مختلف از نانوفیلر ساخته شد و نمونههای مربوطه تحت آزمون کشش قرار گرفت. بررسی نتایج نشان میدهد که افزودن نانولوله کربنی در درصدهای پایین، تأثیر مثبت بر خواص مکانیکی پلیمر وینیلاستر دارد به طوری که در 25/0 درصد وزنی نانولوله کربنی چند جداره بهترین خواص مکانیکی حاصل گردید. در این حالت چقرمگی ماده 52 درصد، استحکام کششی 23 درصد و مدول الاستیک 14 درصد افزایش یافت. به منظور تایید نتایج آزمایشگاهی و بررسی جامع نقش نانولوله کربنی در رفتار رزین وینیلاستر، به وسیله میکروسکوپ الکترونی از سطح شکست نمونههای کامپوزیتی عکس برداری شد و مهمترین مکانیزمهای شکست مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت. همچنین جهت ارائه یک مدل تئوری مناسب برای پیشبینی مدول الاستیک نانو کامپوزیت، نتایج آزمایشگاهی با مدلهای تئوری موجود مقایسه گردید و یک ضریب تصحیح جدید بر اساس تئوری هرسچ و نتایج آزمایشگاهی جهت کاربردهای صنعتی آینده ارائه شد.

مطالعه کمانش استاتیکی پوسته استوانهای کامپوزیتی تقویتشده با آلیاژ حافظهدار به روش تجربی
در این پژوهش به مطالعه کمانش استاتیکی پوسته استوانهای کامپوزیتی تقویتشده با آلیاژ حافظهدار به صورت تجربی پرداخته شده است. سازه کامپوزیتی مورد نظر از جنس کربن اپوکسی میباشد که بصورت چهار لایه به روش رشتهپیچی با دو لایهچینی مختلف +55˚/-55˚/SMA/+55˚/-55˚ و +75˚/-75˚/SMA/+75˚/-75˚ ساخته شده است، سیمهای حافظهدار از نوع سوپرالاستیک انتخاب شدهاند که در لایه میانی در دو حالت، با پیشکرنش 5% و بدون پیشکرنش چیده شدهاند. کلیه آزمونهای کمانش استاتیکی بر روی پوسته استوانهای کامپوزیتی توسط دستگاه یونیورسال 2.5 تنی، تحت فشار محوری با نرخ بارگذاری 0.1mm/min انجام شده است. در آزمون کمانش نمونههای کامپوزیتی تقویتشده با سیمهای سوپرالاستیک و نمونههای بدون سیم، دو نوع شرایط مرزی بررسی شدهاست؛ یکی تکیهگاه دو سر گیردار و دیگری تکیهگاه دو سر مفصل. همچنین جهت استخراج خواص مکانیکی پوسته کامپوزیتی آزمونهای استاندارد متعددی شامل آزمون کشش رزین، آزمون کشش مکانیکی حلقه نول، آزمون کشش نمونههای استاندارد کامپوزیتی تک جهته و آزمون کشش سیم حافظهدار سوپرالاستیک انجام شده است. نتایج آزمونهای کمانش نشان میدهند وجود سیم حافظهدار سوپرالاستیک باعث افزایش ظرفیت تحمل بار بحرانی کمانش در پوسته کامپوزیتی میگردد. از سویی دیگر در لایهچینی با زاویه 75 درجه نسبت به 55 درجه، سازه کامپوزیتی بار کمانشی بیشتری تحمل میکند. همچنین در شرایط مرزی دو سر مفصل بار بحرانی کمانش بزرگتر از حالتی است که شرایط مرزی پوسته بصورت دو سر گیردار باشد.

مطالعه تجربی و عددی جذب انرژی در پانل های ساندویچی با هستهی ذوزنقه ای پر شده از فوم تحت بارگذاری شبه استاتیکی.
در این پژوهش تاثیر روش پرکردن هسته های موجدار ذوزنقه ای شکل دو لایه، با فوم های پلی یورتان از نوع سخت با وزن سبک، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. پنج نوع هسته موجدار از جنس آلمینیوم به صورت خالی و پر شده از فوم، تحت بارگذاری شبه استاتیکی به صورت، فشاری تک محوره قرار گرفته اند. در ادامه با استفاده از شبیه سازی عددی توسط نرم افزار آباکوس به بررسی پارامترهای ضربه پذیری، شامل جذب انرژی ویژه، بعنوان اهداف آزمایش می پردازیم. این نوع سیستم جاذب انرژی، می تواند در صنایع هوایی، کشتی سازی، خودروسازی، صنایع ریلی و آسانسورها جهت جذب انرژی ضربه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. مقایسه ی نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عددی و آزمایشگاهی، نشان از همپوشانی بالا و تطابق خوب دو روش با هم دارد. نتایج تحلیل های اجزاء محدود و آزمایشگاهی نشان داد، که به کارگیری فوم در هسته، می تواند ظرفیت جذب انرژی را به صورت قابل ملاحضه ای افزایش دهد. در انتها پارامترهای هندسی مناسب، و بهترین نمونه ها از لحاظ معیارهای در نظر گرفته شده با توجه به اهداف طراحی، معرفی می شوند.

تولید ورق منیزیمی با لایه کامپوزیت سطحی پایه منیزیمی به منظور بهبود خواص سختی و سایشی
منیزیم و آلیاژهای آن به عنوان سبکترین فلز تجاری با نسبت استحکام به چگالی بسیار بالا، مورد توجه روزافزون قرار گرفته است. بااینحال، خواص نامطلوبی از قبیل سختی و مقاومت سایشی پایین، سبب محدودیت در کاربردهای این فلز منحصربهفرد شدهاست. تبدیل منیزیم به کامپوزیت پایه منیزیمی علاوه بر افزایش استحکام، سبب بهبود میزان سختی و مقاومت به سایش میگردد. از آنجا که تبدیل کامل یک قطعه فلزی به کامپوزیت ممکن است سبب تردی و همچنین افزایش هزینههای تولید شود، ایجاد کامپوزیت سطحی میتواند به عنوان راهکاری مناسب مورد توجه قرارگیرد. در این مقاله با استفاده از فرآیند نورد گرم و لایه واسطی از فلز روی، یک لایه کامپوزیت سطحی پایه منیزیمی (تهیه شده بهروش ریختهگری همزنی) به زیرلایه منیزیمی اتصال داده شده و ورق منیزیمی با پوشش کامپوزیتی تهیه گردیدهاست. استفاده از این روش میتواند سبب تولید ورقهای منیزیمی با لایه کامپوزیت سطحی با سرعت تولید بالاتر و هزینه کمتر شود. لایه روی استفاده شده علاوه بر اتصال دو لایه به یکدیگر، سبب حفاظت سطح آنها از اکسیداسیون در طول فرآیند نورد گرم شده و نیاز به استفاده از اتمسفر کنترل شده را برطرف مینماید. نتایج نشان دهنده ایجاد اتصالی مناسب بین کامپوزیت سطحی و زیرلایه منیزیمی میباشد. طبق آزمون میکروسختی، مقدار سختی در کامپوزیت سطحی نسبت به لایه منیزیمی در سطحمقطع نمونه 23% و بر روی سطح آن حدود 52% افزایش یافتهاست. همچنین مقاومت به سایش در لایه کامپوزیتی نسبت به زیرلایه منیزیمی بهبود قابلتوجهی به میزان 43% داشتهاست. نرخ سایش نیز در لایه کامپوزیتی با کاهش مواجه شدهاست.

مروری بر خواص مکانیکی و ریزساختاری کامپوزیتهای زمینه آلومینیمی تقویتشده باذرات سرامیکی، تولیدشده با فرآیندهای تغییرشکل پلاستیک شدید
کامپوزیتهای زمینه فلزی دستهای از مواد میباشند که دارای کاربردهای وسیع و گوناگونی از قبیل ساختمانی، سایشی و گرمایی میباشند. این نوع کامپوزیتها نسبت به نقطه مقابل خود یعنی فلز پایه کاربردهای دمایی، استحکام، سفتی، هدایت حرارتی، مقاومت به سایش، مقاومت خزشی و پایداری ابعادی بهتری از خود نشان میدهند. در این پژوهش به بررسی روشهای ساخت کامپوزیتهای زمینه آلومینیمی تقویت شده با ذرات سرامیکی بهویژه فرآیندهای تغییر شکل پلاستیک شدید مبتنی بر نورد پرداخته شده است. تمرکز اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی خواص ریزساختاری، مکانیکی و مکانیزمهای حاکم بر این نوع کامپوزیتها که با دو روش نورد تجمعی و نورد تجمعی متقاطع تولید شدهاند است. نتایج پژوهشهای انجام شده نشان داد که در پاسهای ابتدایی کامپوزیتهای فراوری شده دارای توزیع مناسبی از ذرات تقویتکننده نیستند ولی با افزایش پاس، توزیع ذرات بهبود یافته و ذرات تقویتکننده در جهات طولی و عرضی توزیع میشوند. استحکام کششی و ریزسختی تقریبا روال مشابهی دارند به گونهای که رفته رفته با افزایش میزان کرنش اعمالی و بهبود توزیع ذرات هر دو افزایش مییابند اما ازدیاد طول در پاسهای ابتدایی به سبب توزیع نامناسب ذرات، تخلخل و ذرات خوشهای ابتدا افت و سپس با رفع این عیوب و توزیع مناسب بهبود مییابد. البته خواص مکانیکی و ریزساختاری در روش نورد تجمعی متقاطع مطلوبتر میباشد. همچنین مکانیزمهای حاکم بر اصلاح ریزساختار در کامپوزیتهای فرآوری شده با استفاده از فرآیندهای برپایه نورد، تشکیل حلقهی اوروان، نقش ذرات تقویتکننده، اختلاف در ضریب انبساط حرارتی زمینه و تقویتکننده و غیره میباشد.

پیشبینی و کنترل خواص مکانیکی کامپوزیت برید شده از طریق کنترل زاویه برید با استفاده از روابط میکرومکانیک برای تک تک وجوه مقاطع تخت
کامپوزیتهای نساجی که از پیششکلیافتهی نساجی به عنوان تقویتکننده استفاده میکنند، به دلیل سهولت تولید قطعات با اشکال خاص و ساختاری کارآمدتر و قابلاعتمادتر، بهعنوان جایگزین مناسب برای چندلایههای متداول هستند. در میان انواع کامپوزیتهای نساجی، کامپوزیتهایی با فاز تقویتکننده برید شده از اهمیت ویژه و کاربرد گستردهتری برخوردار است. در فرآیند بریدینگ یکی از مهمترین مؤلفهها در خواص مکانیکی کامپوزیت نهایی زاویه برید است. در این مقاله ابتدا به توضیح مختصر روابط تحلیلی جدید و راهکاری جدید جهت تغییر و کنترل زاویه برید بر روی تکتک وجوه یک مغزی تخت به کمک تغییر شکل حلقهی راهنما از دایرهای به بیضی و کنترل خروج از مرکزی که قبلا توسط نویسندگان توسعه داده شده پرداخته شده است. سپس به ارایه برنامهی کاملی پرداخته شده است که خواص مکانیکی کامپوزیت نهایی را بر اساس زوایای برید پیشبینی میکند برای صحتبخشی به نتایج حاصله به مقایسه نتایج حاصله با تحقیقات گذشته جهت بررسی صحت نتایج صورت پذیرفته است پس از بررسیهای انجامشده مشخص گردید که نتایج حاصل از برنامه مورد نگارش و روابط میکرومکانیک جهت پیشبینی خواص کامپوزیت نهایی از صحت بسیارخوبی برخوردار است. بنابراین میتوان به کنترل خواص مکانیکی بر روی هر یک از وجوه مغزی به کمک تغییر پارامترهای بیان شده دست یافت.

افزایش هدایت الکتریکی کامپوزیتهای کربن/اپوکسی با استفاده از نانو ذرات
هدف این پژوهش توسعه کامپوزیتهای زمینه پلیمری رسانا می باشد بهطوریکه مقدار این رسانایی بالاتر از حد استاندارد موسسه انرژی آمریکا باشد. در این صورت کامپوزیتهای توسعه داده شده میتوانند در ساخت الکترودها مورد استفاده قرار بگیرند. بدین منظور ذرات هادی دوده، نانولوله کربنی و گرافیت منبسطشده با درصدهای وزنی مختلف (5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 35 درصد ) به رزین اپوکسی اضافه شده و هدایت الکتریکی نمونهها مطابق استاندارد روش چهار نقطهای اندازهگیری شده است. متوسط آستانه تراوایی الکتریکی برای پلیمرهای حاوی ذرات دوده، نانو لوله کربنی و گرافیت منبسط شده به ترتیب 25، 10 و15 درصد وزنی بدست آمده است. همچنین تأثیر پارامترهای مختلف ساخت ازجمله استفاده از پمپ خلأ و گرمادهی روی هدایت الکتریکی نمونه های کامپوزیتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آزمایشها نشان دادند استفاده از پمپ خلاء هدایتی الکتریکی را به ترتیب 10.8 ، 11.4 و 9.6 درصد در نمونه های دوده و نانو لوله کربنی و گرافیت منبسط شده افزایش داده است. به منظور افزایش مقاومت مکانیکی نمونههای پلیمری هادی از ده لایه پارچه کربنی تک جهته استفاده شده و نشان داده شد استفاده از الیاف کربن هدایت الکتریکی را به ترتیب 23.2، 27.3 و 24.7درصد برای نمونه های حاوی دوده ، گرافیت منبسطشده و نانولوله کربنی افزایش داده است. با استفاده از تصاویر تهیه شده به کمک میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی کیفیت توزیع نانو ذرات در نمونهها بررسی شده است.

تاثیر اندازه و ساختار نانوذرات سیلیکا بر مورفولوژی و رفتار کششی اسفنجهای منعطف نانوکامپوزیتی برپایه پلییورتان
در این پژوهش به بررسی تاثیر اندازه و نوع ساختار نانوذرات سیلیکا بر مورفولوژی ساختاری نمونههای اسفنج منعطف پلییورتان و همچنین به بررسی رفتار کششی آنها پرداخته شد. بدین منظور نانوذرات سیلیکا با دو ساختار مختلف توپر و توخالی و میانگین اندازه ذرات 40 nm و 150 nm تهیه گشتند و به عنوان فاز تقویتکننده در زمینه اسفنج منعطف پلییورتان با درصدهای وزنی مشابه 0.1،0.2 و 0.3 پخش گردیدند و نمونههای نانوکامپوزیتی ساخته شدند. در ادامه به مقایسه و بررسی ساختار این دو گروه از نانوکامپوزیتها با یکدیگر و نمونه خالص توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) پرداخته شد و تاثیر ساختار نمونه بر رفتار کششی آنها بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل از SEM نشان میداد که در درصدهای وزنی مشابه از فاز تقویتکننده، اندازه و تعداد سلولهای تشکیل شده در نانوکامپوزیت پلییورتان- نانوذرات توپر سیلیکا نسبت به نانوکامپوزیت پلییورتان- نانوذرات توخالی سیلیکا و نمونه پلییورتان خالص بیشتر میباشد. همچنین نتایج آزمون کشش نشان داد که با افزایش درصد وزنی فاز تقویتکننده در زمینه اسفنج پلییورتان، استحکام کششی نسبت به نمونه خالص بهبود و درصد ازدیاد طول کاهش پیدا کرده است. بعلاوه افزایش خواص کششی با تعداد و اندازه سلولهای شکل گرفته رابطه مستقیمی دارد. به طوریکه نانوکامپوزیتهای تقویتشده با نانوذرات توپر و نانوذرات توخالی سیلیکا در 0.3% وزنی، استحکام کششی به ترتیب حدود %78 و %34 افزایش و درصد ازیاد طول نیز به ترتیب حدود 44% و 30% نسبت به نمونه خالص کاهش پیدا کرد.
