آنالیز مقاومت نهایی صفحات کامپوزیتی حاوی انحنای هندسی اولیه تحت نیروی فشاری درونصفحهای و فشار جانبی توسط روش ریتز
در این مقاله به بررسی مقاومت نهایی صفحات کامپوزیتی مربعی حاوی انحنای هندسی اولیه تحت نیروی فشاری درون صفحهای و نیز فشار جانبی سینوسی با استفاده از روش ریتز پرداخته شده است. در این تحقیق از تئوری تغییر شکل برشی مرتبه اول استفاده شده که در این روابط خیزها و تغییر شکلها کوچک فرض شدهاند. این فرضیات باعث میشوند که مقاومت نهایی بدست آمده برای صفحات نازک، به دلیل نادیده گرفتن اثرات ترمهای غیرخطی، محتاطانه باشد در صورتی که برای صفحات ضخیمتر نتایج قابل قبول خواهد بود. برای بدست آوردن معادلات تعادل صفحه اصل انرژی پتانسیل کمینه به کار رفته است. شرایط مرزی خارج از صفحه، لولایی و برای شرایط مرزی درون صفحه، لبهها به صورت خط مستقیم جابجا میشوند. از معیار شکست هشین برای بررسی شکست استفاده شده است. دو نوع مدل کاهش سختی در این مقاله بررسی میشود که عبارتند از مدل کاهش سختی کل لایهای که کاهش سختی به کل لایه شکسته شده اعمال میشود و مدل کاهش سختی ناحیهای که بعد از شکست فقط سختی همان ناحیه کاهش مییابد. کاهش سختی مواد به صورت آنی بوده لذا بلافاصله بعد از شکسته شدن لایه یا ناحیه، سختی آن کاهش مییابد. علاوه بر محاسبه بار شکست لایه اول و آخر، تعداد لایههای شکسته شده و مختصات نقاط شکست اولین و آخرین لایه شکسته شده ارائه شده است. در آخر نتایج بدست آمده از طریق روش ارائه شده در این تحقیق با نتایج موجود در مراجع دیگر دیگر مقایسه گردیده است.

بررسی تجربی،عددی و تحلیلی جذب انرژی در پدیده نفوذ با سرعت بالا روی اهداف کامپوزیتی
یکی از متداول ترین، دقیق ترین و مناسب ترین دیدگاه های مربوط به پدیده برخورد و نفوذ گلوله در اهداف کامپوزیتی ، مدل های مربوط به بحث انرژی می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با بررسی مدل های گوناگون قبلی سعی در انجام اصلاحات و کامل نمودن آنان نموده است. این مدل ضربه با بررسی مکانیزمهای جذب انرژی و مقایسه آن با انرژی کل گلوله در هنگام برخورد، توانایی یا عدم توانایی خروج گلوله از هدف را بررسی نموده است، و انرژی باقیمانده در هنگام خروج گلوله از هدف را پیش بینی می کند. در بررسی تجربی مخزنی از جنس شیشه/اپوکسی تحت نفوذ گلوله کروی با سرعت های متفاوت برای سهت در مدل پیشنهادی انجام شده است. در این مدل سهم تک تک مکانیزمهای جذب انرژی در سرعت های گوناگون تخمین زده شده است. همچنین سرعت بالستیکی گلوله در برخورد با یک هدف کامپوزیتی با دقت مناسبی برآورد شده است. مدل پیش رو نسبت به مدلهای ارائه شده قبلی بیشترین مکانیزمهای جذب انرژی را در نظر گرفته است، و سعی نموده است با اضافه کردن مکانیزم های جذب انرژی جدید شامل انرژی جذب شده ناشی از تغییر مکان راس مخروط تحت نیروی گلوله، انرژی جذب شده در تغییر شکل الاستیک- پلاستیک الیاف اولیه و انرژی جذب شده ناشی از اصطکاک ایجاد شده بین گلوله و هدف کامپوزیتی، بهترین و دقیقترین مدل جذب انرژی را بیان نماید. در نهایت نتایج این مدل با نتایج تحلیل المان محدود انجام گرفته با نرم افزار انسیس ماژول ال اس داینا مقایسه شده است.

اثر لاستیک مایع CTBN و عامل پخت دی آمین انعطافپذیر بر خواص پیشآغشتههای اپوکسی- شیشه
در پژوهش حاضر، اثر لاستیک مایع کوپلیمر بوتادیان آکریلونیتریل با گروههای انتهایی کربوکسیل و اختصار CTBN و عامل پخت دیآمین انعطافپذیر (جفآمینD-400) بهطور مجزا بر خواص پیش آغشته های رزین اپوکسی برپایه دیگلیسیدیل اتر بیسفنول A و عامل پخت دیسیان دی آمید (Dicy) تقویت شده با الیاف شیشه مطالعه شده است. بدین منظور، خواص پیشآغشته های شیشه-اپوکسی مانند جریان پذیری، استحکام برشی پیشآغشته و استحکام برشی بینلایهای مطالعه شد. از اینرو، درصد مواد فرار، درصد رزین و میزان پیش پخت در پیشآغشتهها ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد، در تمام نمونههای حاوی لاستیک مایع CTBN و عامل پخت جفآمین تقریباً مقادیر درصد رزین، درصد مواد فرار و میزان پیش پخت با یکدیگر برابر بود و مقدار جریانپذیری با افزودن مقادیر مختلف لاستیک مایع و عامل پخت جفآمین تغییر چندانی نکرد. مقدار استحکام برشی با افزودن لاستیک مایع تا phr20 تغییر چندانی نداشته. اما، افزودن عامل پخت جف آمین به مقدار %20 سبب افزایش %8 استحکام برشی شد و افزودن بیشتر آن تا %40 اثر قابل توجهی بر استحکام برشی نداشت. افزودن لاستیک مایع تا phr 5 سبب افزایش استحکام برشی بین لایه ای به مقدار %7/7 شد، ولی در تمام نمونههای حاوی جفآمین استحکام برشی بینلایهای از MPa 6/4 برای سامانه اپوکسی حاوی %100 عامل پخت دیسیان دی آمید به مقدار MPa 0/2 برای سامانه حاوی %60 عامل پخت جفآمین کاهش و سپس تا مقدار MPa 6/2 برای سامانه اپوکسی حاوی %100 عامل پخت جفآمین افزایش یافت.

تهیه پوشش سرامیکی نانوکامپوزیتی سیلیکا/تیتانیای اعمالی به روش سل- ژل روی فولاد کربنی و مطالعه خواص آن در برابر یون خورنده موجود در فاضلاب تصفیه شده
با توجه به کمبود منابع آبی، استفاده از فاضلاب تصفیه شده بعنوان یک راهکار پایدار مد نظر صنایع مختلف بویژه واحدهای خنک کننده صنعتی و دیگ های بخار فعال در صنایع قرار گرفته است. لیکن استفاده از فاضلاب تصفیه شده، مشکلات خاص خود نظیر خوردگی قطعات فلزی که اغلب از فولاد کربنی ساخته شده اند را به همراه دارد. لذا روشهای مختلفی نظیر پوشش دهی توسط بهره برداران صنعتی به منظور کاهش خوردگی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش، پوشش سرامیکی نانوکامپوزیتی سیلیکا / تیتانیا به روش سل - ژل تولید و به روش غوطه وری به مدت 100 ثانیه بر روی فولاد کربنی نشانده شد و ساختار و خواص خوردگی پوششهای ایجاد شده بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان دادند که پوشش مذکور خواص خوردگی فولاد کربنی را بهبود می دهد. سپس به منظور بهبود خواص و عملکرد پوشش، نسبتهای مولی اجزای سازنده و فاکتورهای موثر بر عملکرد پوشش بررسی شدند تا پوشش بهینه با ساختار نانویی و بیشترین میزان حفاظت از خوردگی تهیه گردد. جهت بررسی عملکرد حفاظت از خوردگی پوششها، منحنیهای پلاریزاسیون و جهت بررسی مورفولوژی سطح، تصویربرداری میکروسکوپ الکترونی به کار گرفته شد. به منظور بررسی نوع پیوندها و گروههای عاملی موجود در سل بهینه تهیه شده، از طیف مادون قرمز استفاده گردید. میزان حفاظت از خوردگی پوشش بهینه، در محلول سدیم کلراید 5/3 درصد مورد بررسی شد و نتایج حاصل نشان دادند که پوشش بهینهی تهیه شده، حفاظت موثر برای سطح فولاد کربنی در برابر خوردگی در محلول سدیم کلراید 5/3 درصد را فراهم میکند.

مطالعه آماری تاثیر شرایط مختلف ماشینکاری بر میزان لایهلایهشدگی در سوراخکاری کامپوزیتهای تقویت شده با الیاف کربن
کامپوزیتهای تقویتشده با الیاف کربن دارای کاربردهای صنعتی متعددی میباشند که به علت خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی مناسب آنها میباشد. سوراخکاری از جمله روشهای رایج برای ایجاد اتصال بین سازههای از جنس مواد تقویتشده با الیاف میباشد. لایههای کامپوزیتهای تقویتشده با الیاف در عملیات ماشینکاری مخصوصاً در عملیات سوراخکاری که در معرض تمرکز تنش قرار میگیرند، دچار آسیب لایهلایهشدگی میگردند. پدیده لایهلایهشدگی به شدت تحت تاثیر عواملی مانند جنس و هندسه ابزار و قطعهکار و همچنین پارامترهای ماشینکاری قرار دارد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از طراحی آزمایشات به روش تاگوچی، مطالعهای تجربی بر روی فرآیند سوراخکاری کامپوزیت تقویتشده با الیاف کربن (CFRP) با ابزار از جنس کاربید تنگستن به منظور بررسی میزان لایهلایهشدگی انجام گردید. پارامترهای مورد بررسی شامل پیشمتهزنی، سرعت دورانی، نرخ پیشروی، قطر ابزار و ضخامت قطعهکار میباشد. با توجه به آزمایشات انجامشده مشاهده گردید انجام عملیات پیشمتهزنی، افزایش سرعت دورانی و کاهش سرعت پیشروی موجب کاهش آسیب لایهلایهشدگی شده و کیفیت سوراخ را بهبود میبخشد. همچنین استفاده از ابزار سوراخکاری با قطر کمتر و بکارگیری کامپوزیت نازکتر منجر به کاهش مقدار لایهلایهشدگی میگردد. با توجه به نتایج بدستآمده، در نرم افزار مینیتب، آنالیز واریانس (ANOVA) جهت بررسی کیفیت سوراخ ایجادشده و میزان تاثیرگذاری هر یک از پارامترها انجام شد. از بین پارامترهای مورد بررسی، ضخامت قطعهکار دارای بیشترین تاثیر بر مقدار لایهلایهشدگی میباشد. همچنین مقدار بهینه جهت به حداقلرساندن میزان لایهلایهشدگی بدست آمد.

ارزیابی تغییرات در خصوصیات مکانیکی چندلایه های کامپوزیتی از جنس شیشه/وینیل استر تحت بار خمشی با کمک آنالیز خرابی پیشرونده
در این مقاله تغییرات مدول الاستیسیته و مقاومت نهایی چندلایه ها با استفاده از مدل های المان محدود شبیه سازی شده از نمونه های آزمایشگاهی برای چندلایه های کامپوزیتی از جنس شیشه/وینیل استر مورد آزمایش و بررسی واقع شد. با استفاده از مدل های المان محدود دارای المان های سه بعدی با قابلیت خرابی پیشرونده و همچنین با تعریف دقیق رابطه تماس بین تیر و تکیه گاه، تاثیر رفتار غیرخطی مواد و هندسه در رفتار خمشی تیرها شبیه سازی شد. در ابتدا آزمایشات کشش به منظور ملاحظه رفتار خرابی پیشرونده در چندلایه ها و تصدیق مدلسازی خرابی انجام شده و شبیه سازی گردید. در ادامه با اجرای تست های خمش سه نقطه ای و سپس شبیه سازی تیرها، تغییر مدول الاستیسیته خمشی با مقایسه نمودارهای بار-تغییرمکان بدست آمده از آزمایشات و مدل های المان محدود اندازه گیری شد. برای پیشگویی خرابی از معیارهای بر پایه کرنش به جای معیارهای بر پایه تنش استفاده شد. با داشتن کرنش های خرابی ثابت برای نمونه های کششی و خمشی و از طرفی تغییر مدول الاستیسیته برای لایه چینی های مختلف چندلایه ها، تغییر مقاومت نهایی تجربه شده برای نمونه ها تحت بار خمشی تعیین شد. با توجه به وابسته بودن تغییر مدول الاستیسیته چندلایه های کامپوزیتی به عملکرد فاز پلیمری ماده، این تغییر به عملکرد لایه های ˚90 در چندلایه های با لایه چینی های مختلف نسبت داده شد و در انتها نموداری برای تغییر مدول الاستیسیته لایه های ˚90 مربوط به لایه چینی های مختلف ارائه شد.

تولید و بررسی ریزساختار و خواص مکانیکی نانو کامپوزیت سطحی ترکیبی A356-TiO2-Gr با فرآوری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی
آلیاژ A356 یک آلیاژ ریختگی بوده که شامل آلومینیم، سیلیسیم و منیزیم است. این آلیاژ دارای استحکام و شکلپذیری خوب به همراه خواص ریختگی عالی، مقاومت به خوردگی بالا و سیالیت خوب است. این آلیاژ به صورت گستردهای در صنایع ماشینسازی، هواپیماسازی، صنایع دفاعی و به ویژه صنایع خودروسازی به جای اجزاء فولادی استفاده میگردد. اما مقاومت به سایش کم این آلیاژها باعث شده که استفاده از آنها محدود گردد. فرآوری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی یک روش حالت جامد است که برای اصلاح سطح، بهبود خواص مکانیکی و تولید کامپوزیت استفاده میگردد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از فرآوری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی به اصلاح ریزساختار آلیاژ A356 و توسعه نانوکامپوزیتهای سطحی A356/TiO2 و A356/TiO2/Gr پرداخته شده است. در ابتدا ترکیبی از سرعتهای دورانی و پیشروی مختلف روی نمونهها انجام شد تا نمونه بهینه با در نظر گرفتن نتایج ریزساختاری و خواص مکانیکی انتخاب شود و بهترین نتایج در سرعت دورانی rpm 900 و پیشروی mm/min 60 بدست آمد. از میکروسکوپ نوری و الکترونی روبشی، میکروسختی، سایش و نانوفرورونده برای مشخصهیابی سطح استفاده شد. بررسی ریزساختاری نشان داد که توزیع یکنواختی از ذرات تقویت کننده در سطح نانوکامپوزیت در منطقه اغتشاش وجود دارد. نتایج نشان داد که تشکیل نانوکامپوزیت سطحی منجر به بهبود خواص مکانیکی و رفتار سایشی آن میگردد. افزودن روانکار جامد گرافیت باعث بهبود خواص سایشی نانوکامپوزیت میشود.

خواص کششی و خمشی کامپوزیت های اپوکسی – الیاف خرما
در این پژوهش الیاف تنه درخت خرما بهعنوان تقویتکننده در کامپوزیت با ماتریس اپوکسی به کار گرفته شد. نمونههای کامپوزیتی با استفاده از الیاف برش داده شده به طولهای 1، 2 و 3 سانتیمتر و با سه سطح از درصد حجمی الیاف با استفاده از روش قالبگیری دستی تولید شدند و تحت آزمونهای کشش و خمش سهنقطهای قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد طول الیاف در محدوده متغیرهای پژوهش اثر معناداری بر خواص کششی و خمشی نداشته است. بهطورکلی افزودن الیاف خرما سبب بهبود مقاومت کششی کامپوزیت نسبت به ماتریس خالص نگردید که علت این مسأله میتواند چسبندگی ضعیف الیاف و ماتریس و وجود عیوب ساختاری در نمونهها باشد. مدول کششی محاسباتی با استفاده از مدل تسای-پاگانو انطباق نسبتاً خوبی با مقادیر تجربی نشان داد. نتایج آزمون خمش بیان میکند که افزودن 5/7 درصد حجمی الیاف خرما سبب بهبود مقاومت خمشی کامپوزیت میگردد اما در درصد حجمی بالاتر (7/10 درصد) این خاصیت افت مینماید که علت آن افزایش بیشازحد الیاف و درنتیجه نفوذ کمتر رزین در بین آنها و اتصال و یکپارچگی کمتر کامپوزیت است. همچنین با افزودن الیاف خرما به اپوکسی مدول خمشی کامپوزیت افزایش یافت. این افزایش در نمونههای حاوی 5/7 و 7/10 درصد حجمی الیاف مشاهده شد که بیشترین مقدار آن به میزانGPa 7/3 در نمونه 5/7 درصد حجمی (% 105 افزایش) به دست آمد.

بررسی تجربی و المان محدود فرآیند شکل دهی داغ با دمش گاز لوله های دولایه کامپوزیتی A6063-AZ80 با استفاده از روش طراحی آزمایشات تاگوچی
امروزه با توجه به نیاز صنایع مختلف به قطعات با استحکام بالا و وزن پایین، روش ساخت قطعات اهمیت بسیاری پیدا کرده است. روش شکل دهی داغ با دمش گاز، فرآیند نوینی است که به دلیل حذف عملیات جانبی مانند جوشکاری، وزن کلی قطعات کاهش یافته، استحکام افزایش و در نهایت زمان تولید کاهش مییابد. در فرآیند هیدروفرمینگ به علت استفاده از سیال آب و یا روغن نمی توان از دماهای خیلی بالا برای شکل دهی استفاده نمود، اما در فرآیند شکل دهی داغ با دمش گاز با توجه به اینکه سیال مورد استفاده گاز است محدودیت دما وجود ندارد. در این پژوهش ابتدا با استفاده از روش طراحی آزمایشات تاگوچی برای دماهای مختلف 350, 400, 450 درجه سانتی گراد پارامترهای تغذیه محوری و فشار داخلی هرکدام در سه سطح از نظر کمترین مقدار نازک شدگی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت که بررسی این حالات با استفاده از شبیه سازی المان محدود بوده است و بهترین حالت بدست آمده مورد آزمون عملی فرآیند بالج آزاد گرم برروی لوله دولایه کامپوزیتی Al6063-AZ80 قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از روش تاگوچی و شبیهسازی المان محدود فرآیند نشان میدهد که بالج لوله در دمای 400°c و فشار داخلی به مقدار55bar با تغذیه محوری 4 میلی متر بهترین حالت برای انجام فرآیند شکل دهی داغ با دمش گاز است که آزمایشات عملی نیز در این شرایط با موفقیت انجام پذیرفت و با بیشینه اختلاف 5.49 درصدی در مقدار کاهش ضخامت نسبت به نتایج شبیهسازی تطابق خوبی با آن ها داشت.

تاثیر رشد جدایش بین رویه و هسته بر روی فرکانسهای طبیعی سازههای ساندویچی کامپوزیتی با روش آنالیز مودال تجربی و عددی
سازه های ساندویچی سازه هایی هستند که از دو رویه نازک با خواص مکانیکی بالا و هسته ای ضخیم ولی نسبتا ضعیف و سبک تشکیل شده اند. به دلیل استحکام و سفتی بالا در برابر وزن پایین، به طور وسیعی در سازههای مهندسی مانند سازه های هوافضایی، بدنه کشتی ها، پره های توربین و ... از این سازه ها استفاده می شود. در این پژوهش تاثیر ایجاد جدایش بین رویه و هسته در رفتار ارتعاشی آزاد برای تیرهای عریض ساندویچی با رویه کامپوزیتی و هسته ای ازجنس فوم PVC ؛ به صورت تجربی و عددی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. ابعاد جدایش به شدت بر روی فرکانس های طبیعی سازه تاثیر می گذارد به نحوی که، با کاهش در سختی سازه که بعلت وجود جدایش در ناحیهی بین رویه بالایی و هسته اتفاق می افتد، فرکانس های طبیعی کاهش مییابد و افزایش طول و عمق جدایش باعث کاهش سفتی موضعی نمونه شده و در نتیجه باعث کاهش فرکانس طبیعی سازه شده است. برای ساخت رویه ها و اتصال آن ها به هسته به منظور ایجاد نمونه هایی با کیفیت بهتر و یکنواخت تر از تکنیک VIP استفاده شده است. برای صحت سنجی نتایج بدست آمده از آزمون تجربی مودال و همچنین بررسی تاثیر ابعاد جدایش اولیه بر فرکانس های طبیعی و شکل مودها از نرم افزار آباکوس استفاده شده است. نتایج بیانگر تطابق خوبی بین تحلیل عددی و آزمون تجربی می باشد.

چندلاییهای الیافی- فلزی نسل جدیدی از کامپوزیتهای هیبریدی هستند که متشکل از لایههای فلزی نازک و پیش آغشتههای کامپوزیتی میباشند. این مواد دارای خواص مکانیکی مناسب هستند و از وزن کمتری نسبت به فلزات مشابه برخوردار میباشند. این مقاله به بررسی سرعت حد بالستیک در چندلایی الیافی- فلزی و مقایسهی آن با لایه-های فلزی، به صورت تجربی و عددی میپردازد. نمونههای الیافی- فلزی از لایههای آلومینیم 3T-2024 و پیش آغشتههای کامپوزیتی از جنس شیشه/ اپوکسی به صورت بافته شده، تشکیل شده است و در پرس گرم تحت دما و فشار مشخص پخته میشود. نمونههای فلزی نیز از جنس آلومینیم با آلیاژ 3T-2024 میباشد. برای آزمایش ضربه از دستگاه تفنگ گازی استفاده شده است و سرعت ورودی پرتابه تا m/s90 میباشد. نتایج بدست آمده از تست نمونههای ساخته شده، نشان دهندهی برتری چندلایی الیافی- فلزی میباشد به گونهای که سرعت حد بالستیک، انرژی نفوذ و انرزی نفوذ مخصوص در این چندلاییها بیشتر از آلومینیم میباشد. در نهایت نیز در نرم افزار آباکوس، ضربهی سرعت بالا با استفاده از معیارهای آسیب کششی و برشی شبیهسازی شده است و توافق مناسبی بین نتایج تجربی و عددی بدست امده است.

اثر اصلاح سطحی نانوصفحات گرافن بر خواص ضربه سرعت بالای کامپوزیتهای زمینه اپوکسی تقویتشده با الیاف بازالت
در این پژوهش اثر اصلاح سطحی نانوصفحات گرافن با عامل سیلان بر روی رفتار ضربه سرعت بالای نانوکامپوزیتهای اپوکسی- الیاف بازالت به صورت تجربی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نانوصفحات گرافن اصلاح نشده و اصلاح شده به میزان 0، 0.3 و 0.5درصد وزنی برای تقویت نمونههای نانوکامپوزیتی اپوکسی- الیاف بازالت استفاده شدند و در ادامه اصلاح سطحی نانوصفحات گرافن با استفاده از طیفسنجی مادون قرمز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و به اثبات رسید. نتایج حاصل از آزمون ضربه سرعت بالا نشان داد که استفاده از نانوصفحات گرافن اصلاحشده با عامل سیلان تأثیر بسزایی بر عملکرد مکانیکی نانوکامپوزیتهای زمینه پلیمری تقویتشده با الیاف بازالت داشته است. در نمونه حاوی 0.3 درصد وزنی نانوصفحات گرافن، سرعت حد بالستیک و انرژی جذبشده به ترتیب به میزان 11 و 23 درصد در مقایسه با نمونه بدون نانوصفحات گرافن بهبود یافت، ولی در نانوکامپوزیت حاوی 0.5 درصد وزنی نانوصفحات گرافن به دلیل آگلومره شدن نانوذرات، عملکرد مکانیکی افت کرد. مطالعات میکروسکوپ الکترونی نشاندهنده این مطلب بود که افزایش انتقال بار بین الیاف تقویتکننده و زمینه پلیمری کامپوزیت ناشی از توزیع نانوصفحات گرافن تأثیر بخصوصی در بهبود رفتار مکانیکی کامپوزیتها داشته است.

ارائه مدل نیمهتجربی چهت پیشبینی رفتار ضربه با سرعت پایین کامپوزیتهای تقویت شده با پارچههای حلقوی پودی دوجداره
استفاده از منسوج به عنوان جزء تقویت کنند،ه سبب بهبود چشمگیر برخی از خواص مکانیکی کامپوزیتها میشود. یکی از ویژگیهای مهم مکانیکی، مقاومت در برابر بارهای ضربهای است. از اینرو، در مقاله حاضر، رفتار ضربهپذیری کامپوزیتهای تقویت شده با پارچههای دوجداره حلقوی پودی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت . از آنجا که ماهیت مکانیکی ضربه ناشی از نیروهای خارج از صفحه است، تقویت کامپوزیتها در راستای ضخامت به منظور تحمل بارهای ضربه ای از اهمیت بالایی برخودار است. پارچههای دو جداره حلقوی پودی به دلیل وجود نخهای اتصال ساختار مناسبی برای تقویت در راستای ضخامت کامپوزیتها به شمار میروند. در این تحقیق، ابتدا اصول کلی حاکم بر رفتار ضربه سرعت پایین کامپوزیتها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت؛ سپس، با به کارگیری پارامترهای ساختاری منسوج مانند هندسه، ساختمان بافت و خواص نخ، معادلات حاکم بر رفتار ضربهای لایهها استخراج و در قالب مدلی مکانیکی ارائه گردید. در ادامه پارچههای دوجداره حلقوی پودی با آرایش متفاوتی از نخهای اتصال که بر اساس مدل ارائه شده مهمترین پارامتر موثر در ضربه پذیری است، بافته شد و به عنوان تقویت کنندههای کامپوزیت مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در انتها نمونهها تحت آزمون ضربه با سرعت پایین قرار گرفتند. انطباق نتایج تئوری و تجربی نشان داد که مدل ارائه شده به خوبی قادر به پیش بینی رفتار ضربهای کامپوزیتهای تقویت شده با پارچههای دوجداره حلقوی پودی است.

بررسی خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی ماده مرکب چوب-پلاستیک بر پایه پلی اتیلن/پلی پروپیلن/پلی اتیلن ترفتالات بازیافتی
مزایایی از قبیل هزینه پایین، فراوانی منابع طبیعی تجدید پذیر و سفتی بالا باعث شده مواد مرکب چوب-پلاستیک مورد توجه قرار گیرند. در این تحقیق، از مخلوط پلی اتیلن چگالی بالا (HDPE)، پلی پروپیلن (PP)، و پلی اتیلن ترفتالات بازیافتی (rPET)، همراه با سازگارکنندههای مالئیک پلیاتیلن (MAPE) و مالئیک پلی پروپیلن (MAPP) به عنوان زمینه برای تهیه ماده مرکب چوب پلاستیک استفاده شد. فرآیند تهیه چوب پلاستیک در دو مرحله توسط اکسترودر دومارپیچه همسوگرد انجام شد. در مرحله اول مخلوط زمینه (PP/HDPE/rPET) تهیه شده و در مرحله دوم به منظور تهیه گرانول چوب پلاست، پودر چوب به زمینه اضافه شد. گرانولهای چوب پلاستیک که در مرحله دوم اکسترودر تهیه شدند توسط دستگاه تزریق به نمونههای آزمایش تبدیل شدند. اثر میزان rPET (15, 25, 35 phr)، پودر چوب (30, 40 %wt.) و سازگارکننده (4, 8 phr) روی خواص مکانیکی، چگالی و میزان جذب آب ماده مرکب چوب پلاستیک بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش میزان rPET و پودر چوب، مدول الاستیک کششی، چگالی و میزان جذب آب افزیش یافته، و استحکام ضربه، کرنش در نقطه شکست کاهش یافته است. با افزایش rPET، استحکام کششی و خمشی افزایش یافته و با افزایش میزان پودر چوب تغییر قابل توجهی مشاهده نشد. با افزایش میزان سازگارکنندهها، خواص مکانیکی (انعطاف پذیری، انرژی ضربه، مدول الاستیک و استحکام کششی و خمشی) و مقاومت در برابر جذب آب بهبود یافت. تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی نشان داد که پلی اتیلن ترفتالات بازیافتی پس از اکستروژن دوم بصورت میکرو الیاف در ماده مرکب چوب پلاستیک درآمده است.

مطالعه ضخامت دیواره سلولی و استحکام به ضربه در فوم های میکروسلولی نانوکامپوزیتی پلی پروپیلن تولیدی به روش توده ای
فومهای پلیمری نانوکامپوزیتی به دلیل خواص ویژهای که دارند امروزه به صورت گستردهای مورد توجه مجامع علمی و صنعتی قرار گرفتهاند. فومهای با ساختار سلول باز قابلیت بالایی در جذب صدا، آب، ضربه و رطوبت دارند. از ضخامت دیواره سلولی میتوان به عنوان پارامتری برای بررسی راهکارهای دستیابی به ساختار سلول باز استفاده کرد. در تحقیق حاضر به بررسی خواص ساختاری و مکانیکی فومهای نانوکامپوزیتی پلی پروپیلن/نانواکسید آهن در فرآیند فوم تودهای به وسیلهی گاز کربن دی اکسید پرداخته شده است. پارامترهای درصد وزنی نانواکسید آهن، دما و زمان فوم کردن به عنوان پارامترهای متغیر و ضخامت دیواره سلولی و استحکام به ضربه ویژه به عنوان پارامترهای خروجی در نظر گرفته شدند. طراحی آزمایشها مطابق آرایه متعامد L9 تاگوچی صورت پذیرفت و از تحلیلهای سیگنال به نویز و آنالیز واریانس بهره گرفته شد. تصاویر مربوط به میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نشان داد که ساختار میکروسلولی مناسبی با چگالی سلولی از مرتبه 109 و 1010 سلول در سانتی متر مکعب حاصل شد. نتایج نشان داد که دما موثرترین پارامتر بر روی خواص فومهای نانوکامپوزیتی بود بصورتیکه با کاهش دما، ضخامت دیواره سلولی کاهش و استحکام به ضربه ویژه افزایش مییابد. همچنین نتایج مشخص ساخت که افزودن 4 درصد وزنی نانواکسید آهن باعث افزایش استحکام به ضربه ویژه به میزان 20% خواهد شد.

ساز و کارهای خرابی در کامپوزیت های چندلایه سوراخ دار تحت بارگذاری کششی با استفاده از انتشار صوت
استفاده از کامپوزیتهای کربن/اپوکسی در اکثر سازهها به دلیل نسبت استحکام به وزن قابل توجه، روشی متداول است. در این رابطه بررسی و دسته بندی انواع خرابیها در سازههای کامپوزیتی برای جلوگیری از هرگونه اتفاقات احتمالی و افزایش قابلیت اطمینان آنها، امری ضروری است. در یک دسته بندی کلی، خرابیهای سازههای کامپوزیتی را میتوان به چهار نوع تقسیم نمود: ترک ماتریسی، شکست الیاف، جدایش الیاف از ماتریس و جدایش لایهای. یکی از روشهای جدید تشخیص عیوب در کامپوزیتها، استفاده از روش انتشار صوت است. بر این اساس، هدف از این مقاله بررسی و دسته بندی انواع مختلف ساز و کارهای خرابی در نمونههای کامپوزیتی چندلایه سوراخدار، تحت بار کششی با استفاده از روش انتشار صوت است. نخست یک قطعة کامپوزیتی سوراخدار بر اساس استاندارد ASME تحت بارگذاری کششی قرار گرفت. موجهای الاستیک انتشاریافته حاصل از شکست قطعه توسط دو حسگر انتشار صوت از نوع نوار پهن ثبت شدند. برای تشخیص مقدار درصد خرابی از دو روش تبدیل موجک بستهای و خوشهبندی فازی استفاده شد. نتایج این دو روش با تحلیل تصاویر حاصل از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مقایسه گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد که حدود 50% خرابیها مربوط به جدایش الیاف از ماتریس بوده، حدود 30% از ترک ماتریسی ناشی شده و حدود 20% در ارتباط با شکست الیاف می باشد. همچنین بیشترین اختلاف در این دو روش در تشخیص خرابیها 7% میباشد. نتایج بدست آمده از این پژوهش نشان دهنده بازدهی مطلوب روش انتشار صوت در تعیین نوع خرابیها و مقدار درصد هریک از آنها در کامپوزیتهای چندلایه است.
