پیشبینی تحلیلی مود اول نرخ رهایی انرژی کرنشی در شروع رشد ترک در نانوکامپوزیتهای پلیمری
در این مقاله، اثر نانولولههای کربنی بر مقدار مود اول نرخ رهایی انرژی کرنشی در شروع رشد ترک در نانوکامپوزیتهای پایه اپوکسی بهصورت تحلیلی مطالعه شد. در این مدل تحلیلی، اثر وجود پدیده جدایش نانولولههای کربنی از رزین پیرامون آن در ناحیه نزدیک به نوک ترک بهعنوان یکی از عوامل افزایش نرخ رهایی انرژی کرنشی در نانوکامپوزیت نسبت به رزین خالص با استفاده از یک جزء حجمی معرف مطالعه شد. جز معرف حجمی مفروض برای نانولولههای کربنی و رزین پیرامون آن با وجود فاز میانی در نظر گرفته شد. برای تخمین خواص مکانیکی فازمیانی، ضخامت آن از مقادیر گزارش شده در مراجع استفاده شد. در نهایت مدلی برای افزایش نرخ رهایی انرژی کرنشی نانوکامپوزیت، براساس خواص مکانیکی و پارامترهای هندسی نانولولههای کربنی و رزین خالص معرفی گردید. لازم بذکر است که احتمال افزایش نرخ رهایی انرژی کرنشی نانوکامپوزیت نسبت به پلیمر خالص، با استفاده از ارتباط بین مقیاسهای ماکرو، میکرو و نانو مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای اعتبارسنجی مدل تحلیلی ارائه شده، نتایج بهدست آمده از روابط تحلیلی با نتایج مطالعات تجربی سایر محققین مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان دادند که مدل ارائه شده با خطای قابل قبولی، توانایی پیشبینی مقدار مود اول نرخ رهایی انرژی کرنشی نانوکامپوزیتهای پایه اپوکسی تقویت شده با نانولولههای کربنی تک و چندجداره را داراست.

بررسی تجربی تاثیر افزودن نانوذرات سیلیکای اصلاح شده سطحی بر رفتار مکانیکی پنلهای مشبک کامپوزیتی اپوکسی- الیاف شیشه تحت بارگذاری عرضی
سازههای مشبک کامپوزیتی بهعلت دارابودن خواص منحصر بهفرد همانند استحکام و مدول ویژه بالا، ظرفیت تحمل بار بسیار بالا و همچنین میزان جذب انرژی فوقالعاده، کاربردهای گستردهای در صنایع صنایع هوا و فضا و همچنین خودروسازی پیدا کردهاند. این سازهها در حین سرویس شرایط مختلف بارگذاری را تجربه میکنند. در تحقیق حاضر، پنلهای مشبک کامپوزیتی با هندسه ایزوگرید و تقویتشده با نانوذرات سیلیکا تحت بارگذاری عرضی مطالعه شدهاند. در گام اول، سطح نانوذرات سیلیکا بهوسیله عامل کوپلینگ تری گلیسید اکسی پروپیل تری متوکسی سیلان (3-GPTS) اصلاح شد و در ادامه تاثیر افزودن درصدهای مختلف نانوسیلیکا در زمینه (صفر، 1، 3 و 5 درصد وزنی) بر رفتار خمش سهنقطهای پنلهای مشبک کامپوزیتی اپوکسی- الیاف شیشه نوع E مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اصلاح سطحی نانوذرات سیلیکا و برهمکنش آنها با عامل کوپلینگ 3-GPTS توسط طیفسنجی مادون قرمز تبدیل فوریه (FT-IR) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که افزودن نانوذرات سیلیکای اصلاح سطحیشده رفتار خمش سهنقطهای پنلهای مشبک کامپوزیتی الیافی را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. بیشترین میزان بهبود در مقادیر بار حداکثر خمشی و جذب انرژی ویژه پنل مشبک کامپوزیتی با افزودن 3 درصد وزنی نانوسیلیکای اصلاح سطحی شده بهترتیب با 14 درصد و 25 درصد افزایش مشاهده شد. همچنین در این کامپوزیتها کسر قابل توجهی از جذب انرژی سازه بعد از نقطه حداکثر بار حاصل شد. علاوه بر این، سفتی سازه با افزودن نانوذرات سیلیکا افزایش یافت. در مجموع، تحقیق حاضر موید آن است که افزودن نانوذرات سیلیکای اصلاح سطحیشده بهعنوان جزء سوم در سازههای مشبک کامپوزیتی میتواند به بهبود خواص مکانیکی آنها تحت بارگذاری عرضی کمک شایانی کند.

یکی از موارد مهم درباره رفتار کامپوزیتها در شرایط بارگذاری مختلف، پیدایش و رشد مودهای خرابی متنوعی است که دارای تأثیر بسزایی بر نحوه عملکرد آنها هستند. مود خرابی مربوط به جدایش اتصال بین الیاف و ماتریس را میتوان جزو اولین موارد در پیدایش خرابی در کامپوزیتهای مختلف دانست که متعاقب آن و یا بهصورت همزمان، مودهای خرابی دیگری همچون ترکهای ماتریسی نیز بهوجود میآیند. در مقاله حاضر با استفاده از مدل ناحیه چسبنده و المان محدود تعمیم یافته و با اعمال بارگذاری عرضی بر المانهای حجمی نماینده در فاز مایکرومکانیک، اثرات پیدایش و رشد خرابیهایی همچون جدایش بین الیاف و ماتریس، و ترکهای ماتریسی مطالعه شده است. بدین منظور، در ابتدا رفتار ناحیه چسبنده بررسی شده و با شبیهسازی نتایج مربوط به جدایش الیاف از ماتریس در مقالات گذشته، روش طراحی صحتسنجی شده است. سپس اثرات مدل ناحیه چسنده در المانهای حجمی مختلف مطالعه و نتایج آنها با یکدیگر مقایسه میشوند. در ادامه با وارد کردن اثرات مربوط به پیدایش و رشد ترک ماتریسی با استفاده از روش المان محدود تعمیم یافته، اثرات ناشی از خرابی ناحیه چسبنده و ترکهای ماتریسی بهصورت همزمان با استفاده از روش المان محدود و نرمافزار آباکوس مطالعه میشوند.

مدلسازی آغشتگی در فرآیند پالتروژن کامپوزیتهای گرمانرم
چکیده پیشبینی آغشتگی مذاب و الیاف تقویتکننده یکی از چالشهای پالتروژن کامپوزیت گرمانرمها میباشد. در این مقاله، دو مدل آغشتگی در فرآیند پالتروژن کامپوزیت گرمانرم توصیف شده است. ابتدا یک مدل ساده بر پایه رابطه دارسی ارایه شده است. در این مدل ابتدا بدون در نظر گرفتن جریان میکروسکوپیک، سرعت جریان ماکروسکوپیک محاسبه شده و فشار مذاب گرمانرم در جهت محور قالب در هر موقعیت طولی قالب محاسبه میشود. سپس بهکمک محاسبه فشار در جریان ماکروسکوپیک طولی و ارتباط رابطه دارسی در دو جهت شعاعی میکروسکوپیک و طولی ماکروسکوپیک، رابطه سادهای برای بهدست آوردن سرعت جریان میکروسکوپیک شعاعی و شعاع خشک توده الیاف ارایه شده است که تخمینی از درجه آغشتگی را نشان میدهد. در بخش دوم، یک مدل آغشتگی توسعه یافته ارایه شده است که جریان میکروسکوپیک و تغییرات شعاع توده الیاف در طول قالب در آن در نظر گرفته شده است. معادلههای دارسی در دو جهت جریان میکروسکوپیک شعاعی و جریان ماکروسکوپیک طولی نوشته شده است. با ترکیب رابطهها، معادلهی کاملی با در نظر گرفتن دو جریان میکروسکوپیک و ماکروسکوپیک ارایه شده است. این معادله، گرادیان فشار در راستای طولی و شعاعی را به شعاع توده الیاف و شعاع منطقه خشک توده الیاف و ثابت های دیگر ارتباط میدهد. یک الگوریتم حل تکرار شونده برای حل مدل توسعه یافته ارایه شده است و هر دو مدل با در نظر گرفتن ورودیهای مدل حل و شعاع آغشته نشده در توده الیاف و درجه آغشتگی محاسبه شده است.

مطالعه تجربی شکلشناسی و رفتار ضربهای نانوکامپوزیتهای PA6/ABS/CaCO3
نانوکامپوزیتهایی بر پایه آمیخته PA6/ABS (40/60) در حضور 3 قسمت وزنی سازگارکننده POE-gr-MA و حاوی 2، 5 و 8 درصد وزنی نانوذرات کلسیم کربنات (15-10 نانومتر) با استفاده از اکسترودر دوپیچی و دستگاه قالبگیری تزریق پلاستیک تولید شد. شکلشناسی و خواص ضربهای نمونههای مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. وجود نانوذرات کلسیم کربناتپوشش داده شده باعث تغییر در ریزساختار و افزایش اندازه ذرات ABS در زمینه PA6 شد. این نتیجه به ماهیت غیرقطبی ABS و نانوذرات کلسیم کربنات پوشش داده شده و همچنین اندازه بسیار ریز نانوذرات نسبت داده شد. بهکارگیری نانوذرات کلسیم کربنات در آمیخته PA6/ABS بهطور قابل ملاحظهای بر خواص ضربهای اثر گذاشت. نتایج آزمایشات تجربی نشان داد، مقاومت ضربهای شکافدار در نمونههای محتوی 2 درصد وزنی نانوذرات، بیش از 160 درصد نسبت به آمیخته پلیمری PA6/ABS افزایش یافت. در نمونههای ضربه بدون شکاف، در حضور 2 و 5 درصد وزنی نانوذرات، بهدلیل انعطافپذیری زیاد نمونهها، شکستی رخ نداد.

بررسی ساختار و خواص خوردگی پوشش نانوکامپوزیتی پلیاستر-نانورس و تاثیر نوع پخت بر خواص پوشش
در این مقاله به بررسی خواص خوردگی، ساختار و مورفولوژی پوششهای پلیمری ایجاد شده بهکمک دستگاه پاشش الکترواستاتیک پرداخته شده است. به این منظور نانوذرات رس به میزان 5% وزنی درون زمینه پلیمر پلیاستری بهکمک روشهای متوالی و مختلف اختلاط بهخوبی پراکندهشده و سپس پودر نانوکامپوزیتی تهیه شده بهکمک روش پاشش الکترواستاتیک روی سطح قطعات فولاد ساده کربنی پوشش داده شده و با پوششهای پلیاستری خالص مقایسه شدند. مورفولوژی و ساختار نانوذرات رس توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی و عبوری بررسی شد. تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی و عبوری مربوط به نانوذرات رس نشان دهنده صفحات لایهلایه رس میباشد. تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی پوششها نشان میدهد که با افزودن نانوذرات رس، میزان حفرات پوششهای نانوکامپوزیتی نسبت به پوششهای خالص کاهش یافته است. همچنین با استفاده از آزمونهای غوطهوری و طیفسنجی امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی، خواص خوردگی پوششها بررسی شد. نتایج آزمونهای خوردگی نشان میدهند که مقاومت به خوردگی پوشش نانوکامپوزیتی در اثر افزودن نانوذرات رس افزایش یافته است.

تحلیل پاسخ الکترومکانیک سیلندر دوار پیزوالکتریک با خواص مواد تابعی تحت میدان مغناطیسی و حرارتی
در این مقاله رفتار الکترومکانیک سیلندر دوار پیزوالکتریک با خواص ماده تابعی واقع شده در میدان مغناطیسی و حرارتی بررسی شده است. در این بررسی تمام خصوصیات مکانیکی، مغناطیسی، الکتریکی و حرارتی ماده پیزوالکتریک بهصورت تابع توانی که در راستای شعاع تغییر میکند، در نظر گرفته شده است. با استفاده از معادله انتقال حرارت در یک بعد و با در نظرگرفتن شرط متقارن بودن سیلندر، میتوان تغییرات دما در حالت پایا را بهدست آورد. با بهرهگیری از معادلات الکترودینامیکی ماکسول و در نظرگرفتن میدان مغناطیسی اولیه همراستا با محور سیلندر، نیروی ناشی از آن برای حالت ناهمگن بهدست میآید. با استفاده از معادلات توزیع دما در جداره سیلندر تحت شرایط مرزی در نظر گرفته شده و بهکارگیری از روابط تعادل الکترومکانیک و با بهدست آوردن نیروی ناشی از میدان مغناطیسی، معادله دیفرانسیل غیرهمگنی استخراج میشود که با روش تحلیلی حل شده است. همچنین در این مطالعه تحلیل ترمومکانیک یک سیلندر پیزوالکتریک با خواص تابعی نیز با استفاده از نرم افزار المان محدود انسیس (ANSYS) انجام شده است. با بهره گیری از روش تحلیلی و عددی و با ارائه مثالهای عددی، تأثیر پارامتر مختلف از جمله شدت میدان مغناطیس و حرارت و ضریب ناهمگنی بر رفتار تنش و کرنش، توزیع پتانسیل الکتریکی و جابهجایی شعاعی سیلندر بررسی شده است. بهمنظور بررسی صحت نتایج حاصل شده، نتایج با مطالعات گذشته در زمینه سیلندر با مواد مدرج تابعی مقایسه شدهاند.

تحلیل فرکانسی تیر کامپوزیتی آلیاژ حافظهدار روی بستر الاستیک پاسترناک با استفاده از چهار نظریه مهندسی تیر
در چند دههی اخیر، تولید مواد هوشمند منجر به ایجاد سازههای برتر با خواص ممتاز شده است. از جملهی این مواد میتوان به آلیاژهای حافظهدار، که قابلیت بازیابی کرنشهای پلاستیک بزرگ در اثر اعمال تنش یا حرارت را دارند، اشاره نمود. توسعهی عملگرهای آلیاژ حافظهدار به شکلهای سیم و استنت در حوزههای مهندسی و سازههای هوشمند بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این راستا، مدل تحلیلی برای تیر کامپوزیتی با الیافی از جنس آلیاژ حافظهدار که روی بستر الاستیک پاسترناک قرار گرفته، ارائه شده است. تیر کامپوزیتی دارای تکیهگاه ساده در دو طرف بوده و الیاف حافظهدار با پیش-کرنش فشاری در لایهی میانی تیر قرار گرفتهاند. معادلههای دیفرانسیل حاکم بر تیرهای اولر-برنولی، رایلی، برشی و تیموشنکو با استفاده از اصل همیلتون استخراج شدهاند. با اعمال حرارت، عملیات بازیابی کرنش، نیروی کششی در راستای طول تیر اعمال و این نیرو منجر به ایجاد نیروی فشاری در تکیهگاهها میشود. نیروی ایجاد شده با استفاده از رابطهی تغییر فاز مارتنزیتی مدل شده است. با بیبعدسازی معادلههای دیفرانسیل حاکم، روابط تحلیلی برای ارزیابی پاسخ دقیق فرکانس طبیعی تیر ارائه شده است. اعتبار نتایج از طریق مقایسهی موردی با تحلیلهای مشابه مورد صحتسنجی قرار گرفته است. براساس تحلیلهای انجام شده، تاثیر ضرایب بستر الاستیک پاسترناک، تعداد الیاف حافظهدار، نسبت ضخامت به طول تیر، حد کرنش قابل بازیابی و نسبت طول به پهنای تیر روی فرکانس طبیعی در دمای بالاتر از دمای پایان آستنیت براساس نظریههای مختلف مهندسی تیر تعیین و ارائه شده است.

اثر دمای پیشگرم پوسته جامد و شرایط سرمایش بعد از انجماد در اتصال کامپوزیت دوفلزی منیزیم-آلومینیم تولید شده بهروش ریختهگری گریز از مرکز
چکیده تولید کامپوزیت فلزیهای منیزیم- آلومینیم، بهمنظور کاهش وزن قطعات صنعتی و افزایش بازده مصرف سوخت، در سالهای اخیر مورد توجه صنعت حمل و نقل قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق منیزیم در دمای 700 درجهی سلسیوس و نسبت حجمی مذاب-جامد (Vm/Vs) 5/1 داخل استوانهی توخالی آلومینیمی، پیشگرم شده در دماهای مختلف شامل 320، 400 و 450 درجهی سلسیوس و سرعت دوران 1600 دور بر دقیقه، درون یک دستگاه گریز از مرکز عمودی ریختهگری شد. اثر شرایط سرد کردن و همچنین تداوم نگهداری نمونهها در داخل دستگاه، تحت نیروی گریز از مرکز تا انجماد کامل، بررسی شد. تغییرات دمای پیشگرم جامد، از 320 تا 450 درجهی سلسیوس، منجر به افزایش لایه واکنشی و تغییرات فازی شد. نتایج حاصل از آنالیز میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مجهز به طیفسنج پراش انرژی پرتو ایکس نشان داد که ترکیبات بین فلزی Al3Mg2 و Al12Mg17، ساختار یوتکتیک و همچنین محلول جامد منیزیم-آلومینیم در فصل مشترک تشکیل میشود. نگهداشتن نمونه در دستگاه، تا سرد شدن و رسیدن به محدوده دمایی 150 درجهی سلسیوس، از بروز ترکهای انقباضی و نهایتا جدا شدن دو فلز جلوگیری میکند

مدلسازی میکرومکانیک شکست مواد مرکب با الیاف تکجهته تحت اثر بارگذاری عرضی
مدل میکرومکانیکی برای تحلیل شکست مواد مرکب تقویتشده با الیاف تکجهته در بارگذاری عرضی ارائه میشود که علاوه بر مدلسازی رفتار غیرخطی زمینه در اثر بارگذاری بیش از حد تسلیم آن، قابلیت مدلسازی عیوب ناشی از جدایش بین زمینه و الیاف و ترکهای زمینه را دارد. میکروساختار مواد مرکب با استفاده از سلولهای واحد و با فرض متناوب بودن میکروساختار توصیف میشود که در آن الیاف بهصورت منظم یا غیرمنظم توزیع شده است. مدل میکرومکانیک برای تعیین استحکام عرضی مواد مرکب با زمینهی آلومینیوم و الیاف کربن استفاده میشود که الیاف با توجه به صلبیت بالای آنها با مدل الاستیک خطی همسانگرد و زمینه با مدل الاستیک-پلاستیک همسانگرد توصیف میشود. معیار پیدایش عیوب در زمینه براساس معیار حداکثر کرنش اصلی و با توجه به میزان کرنش نهایی مادهی زمینه توصیف میشود که افزایش تنش اعمالی پس از پیدایش عیب منجر به کاهش سفتی ماده و در نهایت ایجاد ترک در مادهی زمینه میشود. اتصال بین زمینه با استفاده از مدل چسبناکی توصیف و پیدایش عیوب در آن با توجه به میزان استحکام محوری و برشی اتصال تعیین میشود. مدل میکرومکانیک برای مطالعهی اثر توزیع هندسی الیاف در میکروساختار، درصد حجمی الیاف، اثر استحکام اتصال بین زمینه و الیاف استفاده شده و نواحی ایجاد عیوب و نحوهی گسترش آنها، علاوه بر نمودارهای تنش-کرنش در ماده مرکب تعیین میشود.
