برآورد دقیق تر میدان تنش پسماند ناشی از پخت در کامپوزیتهای پلیمری با در نظر گرفتن خصوصیات فاز میانی
در این تحقیق به مطالعه تاثیر شرایط چسبندگی بین الیاف و رزین بر میدان تنش پسماند حرارتی در کامپوزیتهای پلیمری، پرداخته شده است. بدین منظور، یک کامپوزیت سه فاز شامل الیاف، رزین و فاز میانی در نظر گرفته شده است. در ابتدا، با استفاده از پیش بینیهای تحلیلی موجود برای خصوصیات الاستیک فاز میانی و براساس معادلات مایکرومکانیک، خواص مکانیکی تک لایه ارتوتروپیک سه فاز حاصل شده است. با اعمال این خواص به حل دقیق موجود، ضرایب کالیبراسیون مربوط به روش سوراخکاری مرکزی برای چهار کامپوزیت تک جهته با جنسهای متفاوت بدست آمده است. شبیه سازی روش سوراخکاری مرکزی در چندلایه های کامپوزیتی با در نظر گرفتن ضخامتهای متفاوت فاز میانی، منجر به پیش بینی یک ماتریس ضرایب کالیبراسیون معادل برای چندلایه گردیده است. در نهایت با استفاده از نتایج آزمایشگاهی موجود برای کرنشهای پسماند، تنشهای پسماند حرارتی به ازای شرایط متفاوت چسبندگی محاسبه گردیده است. نتایج تحلیلی نشان می دهد که در کامپوزیت کربن اپوکسی، شرایط چسبندگی تاثیر مهمی بر تمامی ضرایب کالیبراسیون دارد؛ در حالیکه در کامپوزیتهای بوران-اپوکسی، شیشه-اپوکسی و کولار-اپوکسی تعداد قابل ملاحظه ای از این ضرایب، حساسیتی به این شرایط ندارند. در نتیجه، در چندلایه های کربن-اپوکسی دور شدن از شرایط چسبندگی کامل، منجر به کاهش قابل ملاحظه میدان تنش پسماند می گردد (حدود 30%)، در حالیکه این تغییرات در چندلایه های شیشه-اپوکسی کمتر است (حدود 11%)، عمده این کاهش در تنش پسماند زمانی اتفاق می افتد که ماده کامپوزیتی به صورت سه فاز در نظر گرفته می شود، حتی اگر فاز میانی بسیار نازک باشد.

آنالیز و پایش شروع خرابی در اتصالات آلومینیوم/کامپوزیت با استفاده از آکوستیک امیشن
اتصال چسبی یک روش جایگزین برای روشهای سنتی مانند جوشکاری و پرچکاری میباشد که دارای حیطه کاربردی وسیعی در صنایع الکترونیکی، خودرو و هوایی میباشد. طراحی این نوع اتصالات با قابلیت اطمینان مطلوب، نیازمند حصول دانش کامل از مقاومت اتصال در مقابل خرابی میباشد. در این مطالعه، به پایش شروع خرابی در فصل مشترک لایه از پیش آغشته کامپوزیتی شیشه/اپوکسی و آلومینیوم 3T 2024 با استفاده از آکوستیک امیشن پرداخته شده و در ادامه به آنالیز خرابی با استفاده از مدلسازی المان محدود با نرمافزار آباکوس پرداخته میشود. از مدل ناحیه چسبنده، برای مدلسازی رشد جدایش استفاده شده است. جهت تکرارپذیری بهتر نتایج نمونههای ساخته شده، از لایه از پیش آغشته کامپوزیتی استفاده شده و سطوح آلومینیوم جهت اتصال مطلوب آلومینیوم و کامپوزیت در حمام اسید کرومیک، آنودایز شده است. پایش لحظه شروع خرابی با استفاده از روش منحنی نیرو- جابجایی، روش پردازش سیگنالهای آکوستیک امیشن و روش استفاده از تابع سنتری صورت گرفته است. با مشخص شدن لحظه شروع خرابی، نیرو بحرانی و به تبع آن چقرمگی شکست، محاسبه شده و مدلسازی بر اساس مقادیر چقرمگی شکست بدست آمده، صورت پذیرفته است. مقایسه نتایج مدلسازی نشان میدهد، نمودار نیرو - جابجایی بدست آمده با استفاده از روش تابع سنتری، مطابقت بهتری با نتایج تجربی دارد. در این پژوهش نشان داده شده است که با استفاده از روش آکوستیک امیشن پایش شروع خرابی در اتصالات آلومینیوم/کامپوزیت به صورت آنلاین و دقت بالاتری، نسبت به روشهای دیگر امکان پذیر میباشد.

حساسیت رفتار مکانیکی سازههای چندلایه فلزی به مکان تغییرات خواص مادی در بارگذاری ضربهای
استفاده از مواد فلزی با جنسهای متفاوت در سازههای فلزی چندلایه، امکان طراحی سازههایی با رفتار مکانیکی مناسب را فراهم میآورد. بنابراین بررسی اثر تغییرات پارامترهای مادی لایههای فلزی به منظور بهینهسازی رفتار ضربهای این سازهها ضروری به نظر میرسد. در این مقاله با استفاده از یک مدل المان محدود، رفتار الاستوپلاستیک سازههای فلزی چندلایه تحت بارگذاری ضربهای سرعت پائین، بصورت خروجیهایی شامل نیروی تماسی، جابجایی عرضی، انرژی کرنشی الاستیک و پلاستیک و همچنین انرژی جنبشی ضربهزننده ارزیابی شده است. آلومینیوم 6061 به عنوان ماده پایهی لایههای فلزی انتخاب شده و مواد فرضی دیگری که تنها در میزان تنش تسلیم یا مدول الاستیسیته با مادهی پایه متفاوتند، جهت اعمال تغییرات خواص مادی در نظر گرفته شدهاند. چیدمان های مختلفی از فلز پایه و مواد فرضی انتخاب شدهاند تا علاوه بر مشاهدهی اثر تغییر خواص مادی بر رفتار مکانیکی، موقعیت مکانی این تغییرات در لایههای مختلف نیز مقایسه گردد. نتایج مطالعات نشان میدهد که اثر خمش در لایهی ابتدایی و انتهایی موجب حساسیت بیشتر رفتار سازه به تغییرات خواص این لایهها نسبت به لایهی میانی میشود. از سوی دیگر اثر تغییرشکلهای موضعی در لایهی ابتدایی، باعث شدت بیشتر تغییرات رفتار سازه در آن نسبت به لایهی انتهایی میگردد. نتایج مدلسازی حاضر با نتایج آزمایشگاهی و عددی مقایسه شده و انطباق خوبی بین آنها مشاهده شد

محاسبه ضرایب کالیبراسیون برای تعیین تنشهای پسماند در چندلایههای فلز- کامپوزیت به روش سوراخکاری مرحلهای
چند لایههای فلز- کامپوزیت دسته جدیدی از کامپوزیتهای هیبریدی هستند که از ترکیب لایههای فلزی و کامپوزیت ایجاد میشوند و به واسطه جدید بودن و ویژگیهای برجسته آنها، پژوهشها روی این کامپوزیتها در حال توسعه است. یکی از زمینههای ناشناخته در چندلایههای فلز-کامپوزیت، اندازهگیری تنشهای پسماند حرارتی بهوجود آمده در فرآیند ساخت است. تنشهای پسماند در این نوع از کامپوزیتها به دلایل متفاوتی همچون خواص مکانیکی- حرارتی متفاوت کامپوزیت و فلز، چیدمان متفاوت لایهها، سیکل پخت کامپوزیت و روش ساخت چندلایه کامپوزیتی، امری اجتناب ناپذیر است. اندازهگیری تنشهای پسماند درچندلایههای هیبرید به روش سوراخکاری مرکزی به دلیل تغییر جنس در عمق سوراخ امکان پذیر نبوده و توسعه روش سوراخکاری مرحلهای برای تعیین تنشهای پسماند در هر لایه لازم است. در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش اجزای محدود، ضرایب کالیبراسیون، برای ارتباط کرنشهای رها شده و تنشهای پسماند محبوس در هر لایه از چند لایه فلز- کامپوزیت محاسبه شده است. مقایسه نتایج این تحقیق با نتایج سایر محققین برای کامپوزیت لایهای، صحت روش و محاسبات انجام شده را تائید مینماید. همچنین نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد به دلیل قرار گرفتن لایههای کامپوزیتی در ساختار چندلایههای فلز- کامپوزیت، ماتریس ضرایب کالیبراسیون مربوط به لایههای فلزی، از حالت متقارن خارج شده و برای لایههای فلزی نیز ماتریس ضرایب کالیبراسیون لازم است.

بررسی شاخص های خرابی قاب بتنی تقویت شده با کامپوزیت کربن/ اپوکسی تحت بار چرخه ای
رفتار قابهای خمشی بتنمسلح به عنوان یکی از سیستمهای سازهای رایج در برابر بارهای جانبی ناشی از زلزله از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار میباشد. با توجه به مشکلات عدیدهای که سیستم ساخت و ساز در کشور داراست و کیفیت پایین ساختمانها ناشی از عدم رعایت دقیق جزئیات اجرایی توسط مجریان اسکلت، کیفیت پایین مصالح مصرفی و وجود ساختمانهای بسیاری که بدون توجه به ضوابط اصولی و بصورت معمارساز در کشور ساخته شدهاند، لزوم انجام مطالعات در خصوص روشهای بهسازی سازههای موجود را امری ضروری مینماید. در دهههای اخیر استفاده از کامپوزیتهای پلیمری الیافی برای بهسازی و ترمیم سازههای بتن مسلح گسترش زیادی یافته است. هدف اصلی در این مقاله دستیابی به روندی برای بهسازی بهینه قاب درگاهی بتن مسلح با استفاده از الیاف پلیمری و بررسی رفتار پس از تقویت آن تحت بارهای سیکلی، از نقطه نظر مقاومت و شکلپذیری محلی و کلی سازه میباشد. برای این منظور رفتار قاب بتن مسلح پرتال به صورت یک مجموعه پیوسته متشکل از تیر، ستون و ناحیه اتصال بصورت آزمایشگاهی و عددی، تحت اثر توأم بارهای ثقلی و جانبی، در دوحالت بهسازی نشده و بهسازی شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تحلیل عددی با استفاده از دو نرم افزار LS-DYNA و Seismostruct صورت گرفت و با نمونه آزمایشگاهی مقایسه شد. لذا، به منظور دستیابی به طرح بهینه بهسازی، اثرات پارامتر آرایش ورقهای تقویتی، محصوریت و تعداد لایه های مصرفی در رفتار لرزهای قاب بهسازی شده بررسی گردید. برای این منظور حالات مختلف تقویت از نظر رفتار هیسترتیک، منحنیهای بار- تغییرمکان، منحنیهای ظرفیت استهلاک انرژی، مودهای خرابی و آرایش ترکها مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گردید.

مقایسه دو مدل برای پیشبینی حالت تخریب تیر ساندویچی با هسته فوم آلومینیوم در دماهای بالا
در این مقاله، از دو مدل گیبسون تعمیمیافته و مونتانینی جهت پیشبینی رفتار تخریب تیر ساندویچی با هسته فوم آلومینیوم در دمای بالا، استفاده شده است. به این منظور، ابتدا دو مدل مذکور شامل خصوصیات هندسی و فیزیکی جهت بیان حالت تخریب تیر، در نظر گرفته شد. سپس نمودار نیروی تخریب تیر بر حسب مشخصات هندسی تیر و دما، با استفاده از دو مدل موجود استخراج شده و با دادههای تجربی در دسترس مقایسه شدند. دادههای نظری و تجربی، توافق خوبی با یکدیگر داشتند. در هر دو مدل، مشاهده میشود که نیروهای تخریب نظری، با افزایش ضخامت هسته و رویه افزایش یافته و با افزایش فاصله تکیهگاهها کاهش مییابند. همچنین بر اساس نتایج هر دو مدل، بار حدی با افزایش دما کاهش مییابد. در مدل مونتانینی تغییر شکل نامتقارن تیر (با وجود تقارن هندسی و بارگذاری) درنظر قرار میگیرد و این در حالی است که در مدل گیبسون این موضوع دارای توجیه خاصی نیست. از طرفی در مدل مونتانینی در دماهای بالا، نیروی تجربی حد تخریب به نیروی تخریب پیشبینی شده در یکی از حالات تخریب (حالت IIB) نزدیکی بیشتری دارد و این در حالی است که در مدل گیبسون در دماهای بالا، نیروی تجربی در فاصله میانی دو حالت تخریب قرار گرفته و در برخی از محدودههای دمایی، صراحتاً نمی توان در زمینه حالت تخریب اظهار نظر نمود. در عین حال یکی از نقاط ضعف مدل مونتانینی نسبت به مدل گیبسون، عدم پیش بینی حالت تخریب تسلیم رویه است.

بررسی ناپایداری دینامیکی پنل های استوانه ای کامپوزیت چندلایه با کاربرد تئوری لایروایز مرتبه اول برشی و روش نوارمحدود اسپلاین
در این مقاله تئوری لایروایز صفحات ارائه شده توسط ردی ، به منظور تحلیل ناپایداری دینامیکی پنلهای استوانهای کامپوزیتی چندلایه ضخیم با استفاده از روش نوار محدود، مورد استفاده قرار خواهد گرفت. ناپایداری پارامتری، یکی از انواع ناپایداری تحت اثر نیروهای دینامیکی است که در آن نیروهای داخل صفحه اعمالی به سازه دارای تغییرات هارمونیک یا متناوب با زمان هستند. با فرض میدان جابهجایی مبتنی بر تئوری لایروایز شامل ترمهای مرتبه اول برشی، روابط کرنش-تغییرمکان خطی و خصوصیات ماده ارتوتروپیک الاستیک خطی، اصل کار مجازی به منظور تحلیل عددی مدل نوار محدود مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. به منظور ارائه میدان جابهجایی فرضی برای تحلیل معادلات حاکم، از روش نوار محدود اسپلاین مرتبه 3 استفاده میشود. مقادیر فرکانسهای طبیعی و بار بحرانی کمانش پنلهای استوانهای کامپوزیت، با استفاده از فرمولاسیون ارائه شده محاسبه و مرزهای ناپایداری دینامیکی، با استفاده از تقریب مرتبه اول بولوتین استخراج شده است. نتایج ارائه شده شامل بررسی تاثیرات تغییر در شرایط مرزی، نوع لایهچینی، نسبت طول به ضخامت و انحنای پنل بوده و تاثیر این تغییرات بر مرزهای فرکانس ناپایداری دینامیکی، مورد تحقیق و مقایسه قرار گرفته است.
