Addition of nano materials is a novel method for improving the strength of composite materials. On the other hand, the importance of impact phenomena and its many applications in various industries is obvious for everyone. Therefore, in this research, a multiscale composite of epoxy-basalt fibers containing nano silica and surface-modified nano graphene with a total weight percent of 1% was evaluated under high velocity impact test. Five series of composite samples containing 6 layers of basalt fibers made by hand layup method were impacted by two types of aluminum projectile in the speed of 116 m/s. Ogival and hemispherical head projectiles with the mass of 26.7 and 26.3 grams, respectively, were used. In order to investigate the surface modification process, Fourier transform infrared analysis (FT-IR) was performed and the effect of adding nano materials on the bond between the matrix and the fibers in the microscopic scale was investigated using the SEM microscope. The results showed that the sample containing 0.7% nano silica and 0.3% nano graphene had the best performance in absorbing the energy of the high velocity impact by increasing the absorption about 7.3% for a ogival projectile and 20.4% for a hemispherical projectile compared to a sample without nano materials.}, keywords = {Multiscales composite,High velocity impact,Basalt fibers,Nano silica,Nano graphene}, title_fa = {بررسی تجربی اثر نانوسیلیکا و نانوگرافن اصلاح شده بر کامپوزیت اپوکسی-الیاف بازالت تحت ضربه سرعت بالا}, abstract_fa = {مواد مرکب به عنوان جایگزینی سبک و بهینه شده برای مواد متداول تر نظیر فلزات، نیاز به بکارگیری روش های گوناگون جهت تقویت استحکام را دارند. افزودن نانو مواد، به عنوان روشی نوین جهت ارتقای استحکام مواد مرکب استفاده می شود. از طرفی اهمیت پدیده ضربه و کاربردهای فراوان آن در صنایع گوناگون بر کسی پوشیده نیست. از این رو در این پژوهش، کامپوزیت چند مقیاسی زمینه اپوکسی تقویت شده با الیاف بازالت حاوی مجموعاً 1% وزنی زمینه از نانو ذرات سیلیکا و نانو صفحات گرافن اصلاح سطحی شده، تحت آزمون ضربه سرعت بالا قرار گرفت. ابتدا 5 سری نمونه حاوی 6 لایه از الیاف بازالت به روش لایه چینی دستی ساخته شده و دو نوع پرتابه از جنس آلومینیوم با دماغه سر تیز و سر کروی به ترتیب با جرم های 26.7 و 26.3 گرم با سرعت 116 m/s به نمونه ها برخورد داده شد. به منظور بررسی عملیات اصلاح سطحی، طیف سنجی مادون قرمز تبدیل فوریه (FT-IR) انجام پذیرفت و به کمک میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) نیز اثر افزودن نانو مواد بر اتصال بین زمینه و الیاف در مقیاس میکروسکوپیک بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد، نمونه حاوی 0.7% نانوسیلیکا و 0.3% نانوگرافن بهترین عملکرد را در جذب انرژی حاصل از ضربه سرعت بالا با افزایش جذب 7.3% برای پرتابه سر تیز و 20.4% برای پرتابه سر کروی نسبت به نمونه بدون نانو مواد از خود نشان می دهد.}, keywords_fa = {کامپوزیت چند مقیاسی,ضربه سرعت بالا,الیاف بازالت,نانوسیلیکا,نانوگرافن}, url = {https://jstc.iust.ac.ir/article_34106.html}, eprint = {https://jstc.iust.ac.ir/article_34106_63ff28c03261366929f19d490e0ada5f.pdf} }
